         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Consistency!!! Identify and commit to fewer (2-3) big picture goals/rules/non-negotiables and then explore all concerns through each lens. Develop common language/responses/consequences so staff are responding in a more consistent manner. &nbsp; (example of big picture would be respecting school property)</li><li>School wide/grade level assemblies on big topics reflecting school values &amp; culture. Example, Social media awareness around hate speech and disinformation.&nbsp; Sending clear and consistent messaging to students about expectations etc.&nbsp; Perhaps as regular as by-weekly, introduce and make expectations part of regular school wide conversations with students.(helps to achieve #1)</li><li>Hall pass of some sort, assists teachers with supervision during prep, possibility minimizing long breaks (holds students accountable for being a reasonable amount of time out as others could be waiting)</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
