Throughout this course I have been given great insight into the implementation of innovation in the classroom. This course has changed my thinking for the good because it has given me a ton of tools to use in my classroom but also introduced me to platforms and teaching methods that will heighten my classroom and content! Also, I learned learning comes in all different ways, forms and platforms! As a teacher I hope to be an educator who takes into consideration each students different needs as I create lessons and activities each year.

I believe innovation has a huge affect on students learning experiences in a few different ways. As we know all students retain information differently and as educators we can make that path easier through using innovation. Through innovation we can consider students needs and create according to those specific needs as much as possible. I think innovation has a positive effect on student learning and engagement into the content as well.

Connectedness is important for both the student and the teacher because it is the first and potentially most important step to creating an innovative classroom. Students should see that teachers fail, succeed, take risks and never give up! This will create a sense of belonging and bond with teachers and students because we are creating a safe space to home those connections.
