Michaels weakness: I've seen a decline in popularity and not many new advertisements. I see it as one because of its loyal customers. Everyday everyone is either renewing their membership there or getting one for the first time. Allowing only members to buy there increases their profits. 

Forever 21 is a company that I see as one with weakness because it has declined its quality over time, and has gone into debt.
