2 eggs
1 glass sugar
150 gr pork mateca at room temperature, it must be melted
1/2 glass milk
600 gr flour of strength
1 teaspoon baking soda
10 drops vanilla essence

Beat the eggs and sugar until they blanch, then add the milk, beat and add the vanilla essence. We put the bicarbonate, move and add the butter, mix well and add the sifted flour little by little, we mix until we have a light but not soft dough, it does not have to stick to the fingers they have to be marked on the dough not sticking.

It is done with a machine, but since I have it I made it as Pilar advises.

I was making some balls, roll a roller over it and leave it 1 cm thick, I gave it the striped shape by passing a wooden fork over it, with a knife cut the edges so that they were well formed.

Then they are put on a tray with baking paper separated because they grow when baked, sprinkle with sugar on top and put in the oven.

We preheat the oven to 180º, bake for 15 or 20 minutes depending on the oven, make sure that they do not get too golden so that they are not hard, better white. Take off carefully, let cool and taste.

It’s a delicious recipe and very quick to do. I love to do it at breakfast time. All you need is:
250ml of milk
125g of flour
One tablespoon of olive oil
One spoon of sugar
One egg
And if you want to make them more sweet you can add a teaspoon of vanilla essence. Also to make them more spongy you can add a little of yeast.
Mix all the ingredients very well and in a pan put a bit of butter and then put the dough in the pan. You’ll get like 6 pancakes that you can supplement with sirope or Nutella.
