Narrow it down to two specific areas/items. <br><strong>Roadblocks:</strong> Ensuring that the outside team has a solid understanding of the curriculum content, our focus areas, and the structures and expectations we have in place. <br>TIME is ALWAYS a road block. <br>The lack of relationship with the outside team can be a roadblock. It is sometimes harder to be receptive to constructive feedback from people you don't know. <br><strong>Potential Benefits: </strong><br>The outside team may see things that we as a school do not see as we are so deeply rooted in what we are doing on a daily basis.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
