Roadblocks: Ensuring that the outside team has a solid understanding of the curriculum content, our focus areas, and the structures and expectations we have in place.
TIME is ALWAYS a road block.
The lack of relationship with the outside team can be a roadblock. It is sometimes harder to be receptive to constructive feedback from people you don't know.
Potential Benefits:
The outside team may see things that we as a school do not see as we are so deeply rooted in what we are doing on a daily basis.
