It is a form in the performing arts and has been used over the years-giving lots of information to everyone like historians. There are different forms in art-Surrealism, Futurism, Impressionism, Expressionism, pointillism, Cubism-to name a few. The three components of art are the principle of art, the elements of art and the principles of design. Some ways you can use to support other forms of art-an example is an animated music video. The character drawing and paintings and setting are the digital arts, the instruments and vocals and are music, the storyline that the animation is about is drama, and the script and songwriting are the literary arts. Another way you can connect to literary arts is by making a picture book. You can connect with drama-is puppetry. Designing puppets is the connection between the two. People use music in other art forms to add feelings-for example, a horror movie is never scary until you put scary music. Same applies to other forms as well. Some components of music are tune, tone, lyrics, instrument, and message. Music can be classified on the basis of genre, instrument, artist, and time period. When people use music, either it’s because they are most comfortable with that, or they have it as a supporting art form. Some of the forms of theatre are mime, street plays, Roleplay, Puppetry, Improv, and digital drama. People use these forms of theatre to express a story or a message to a target audience that prefers theatre over the other forms. There are many places you can see theatre, such as school plays, theatres, workshops, movies, and videos on online platforms like Youtube. One very important thing in theatre is to figure what your target audience prefers-that way, you can reach out to your audience even further, or if they are okay with any, do a form which you are most comfortable with. The difference between theatre and the other forms is that theatre uses your body and facial expressions, versus music that uses vocals, and art that uses design and application of media.  Theatre has changed over the years. Some of the genres in literature are Fantasy, Verse, Historical Fiction, Horror, Poetry, Realistic Fiction, Short Story, Essay, Narrative, Speech, Reports etc. The first ever piece of literature is Epic of Gilgamesh. It is about the divine part human king Gilgamesh, and how to end his rule, the gods challenge him with a creation of theirs-the wild man Enkidu. Based on your target audience, you can use speech or writing or any form of literature. You can write in a writing form based on your target audience. If they are kids, most likely they'll like poems and pictures books-versus fifth-graders who may prefer a different form of literature. Also word choice is important. Maybe a fifth grader would understand "I freeze. But no way am I gonna act afraid in front of a white suburban girl.", versus a five-year old-who probably wouldn't understand that and will understand if put in simpler words. Script and songwriting is a part of literature as you are writing and expressing-it is a connection with theatre and music and even art sometimes. Even mimes need scripts with actions and time. Music-if they are lyrical songs, they need lyrics. Picture books are connected to art. Sometimes the drawings are made of little words added up together to make the sentences of the book. Illustrations sometimes have that form. Also, the illustrations themselves have a connection to art. There are many topics too. Some books like the Mahabharata express division of property between family. Ramayan is about the triumph of good over evil. Romeo and Juliet are about true love. Charlotte's web is about friendship. The war that saved my life is about family and war. The night diary is about the partition, and religious divides and family. The Grimm Fairytales have a lot of different topics as karma and deceit. In seven books-you have so many topics. Imagine how many topics you would find in 129,864,880 books. Many times we search for a deep issue or meaning in literature. But often, there isn’t one. Some books like Charlotte’s Web are not based on big topics like racism, animal cruelty(pigs are farmed to be eaten-and there is an abundance of them-so there isn’t any animal cruelty there), gender inequality. It’s about friendship.
