Household chores and children’s care are every adult’s responsibility. If you ask yourself one day of your life if your dad and your mom do the same house chores and you. And also in our Mexican culture usually the mother is the one that stays with the kids and the father it is the one that goes to work to make money for their children.
So basically we need to implement that women earn the same salary as men. 
But also there are some cases that the both of the parents work and they get to work tired but usually, the father is the one that goes to sleep first and the mother is the one that helps the kids to do their chores so both of them need to do.
