Cognitive changes that ouccur between early and middle adulthood seem to vary. In some cases there is a clear cognitive decline in things such as memory. While with others there is no clear decline. This could be attributed to either genetics or a personal dedication to excersizing their cognitive ablities. With the physical domain begining its decline near the end of middle adulthood and the cognitive domian reaching its peak in early adulthood.
