b. It doesn't give us the real life and experiences and we were able to joke about it and make fun of it but in those times, they can't. It doesn't add the extra fiances like school, just the basics.
c. Imagine yourself doing what you are doing and feeling what you are doing. Imagine having to quit your favorite activity to make more money. It also showed how much control people would have to have to keep their life in line and to make sure that their families can survive.
B) Some people had a lot of money in savings, so some people didn't end up in poverty. Maybe the simulation could have been for living in poverty for multiple months, instead of only three.
C) People can start building empathy by starting to understand or visualize how stressful their life could be or how more stressful it could be from your life. It showed us how it felt to be in that situation, and also showed us what they had to give up. It helped us relate to situations where we may feel a similar way, even if it is less intense
B. We aren't living through it and we know it's not really happening to us. We don't have to interact with people and see our kids feelings. Our lives in the simulation were just determined by cards and dice, which is not really how things work.
C. You should realize what you have, be grateful, and not take it for granted.You can't assume that every has what you have. You can volunteer with those in poverty, like a homeless shelter. B) It was only a small portion of the way that they would feel. Also there were no real consequences of our choices. For example selling our house in the game was a joke but there was no consequence unlike the people in poverty who at that moment would be homeless

It also helped show the factors that affect people in poverty and make their life harder.
b) There were no actual consequences in the simulation. There was less risk behind giving things up and being in debt didn't actually lead us to starving/homelessness.

2. Volunteer in poorer communities
3. Try to live using less and without anything unnecessary.
