  1. Submit all of my tasks completely and on time. 
  2. Get a term grade this term that is higher than C. 
  3. Take down notes for every topic, so that I would have something to go back to whenever I am confused with the topic in the future.

MEASURABLE:
I can track my progress using my PRF. Since the first term, I’ve been inputting all of my scores and I can say that the PRF makes it easier for us to check our grades; as well as to see if we are doing ok for the term or when we need to exert more effort to be able to pass. I can also take pictures of the tasks that I have completed.

ATTAINABLE: 
I can achieve these goals by focusing more on my tasks, and by not getting distracted by the things going on around me. I also will take down notes not only to do my 3rd goal but to also give me extra help to complete my first goal. Then if I complete my 1st goal I would most likely accomplish my 2nd goal. 
Just like in the first term, my parents will help me. They do this by providing for me like when they give me food, a house to live, WiFi to be able study, etc. They also can help me understand the lesson when I really need it. However, I wouldn’t really need their help in terms of studying this term, because I want to be able to understand the lessons being taught to me, by myself. 

RELEVANT: 
Same in the first term, these goals are important to me since they boost my self-confidence. Additionally, by completing these goals, I can most likely get the grades that I need so that I can enter the Ateneo Senior High School (ASHS). This also makes my parents proud of me since they know that they’re hard work pays off. 

TIME-BOUND:
  1. For my first goal, I plan to do this as soon as I start the task and when I’ve finished it, I would check if I have each and every question. I would, of course, make sure to complete and check if the task is complete before the deadline. 
  2. I will only be able to find my official term grade at the end of the term. However, I can check my progress report form from time-to-time to be able to compute my scores and see if my grade is passing or not. 
  3. For this goal, I would start this as soon as I receive an entry ticket for the lesson, then during class I would do practice exercises and add extra notes to my notes from the entry ticket. By doing this, I can have references for the lessons that I may need but do not really remember in my future academic life and more.

The lessons like RAE (Rational Algebraic Equations) were easy since they were taught to us last school year; while some of the lessons like QE2V (Quadratic Equations in 2 Variables) were difficult. Even though the lessons were difficult, I was able to understand all of the lessons being taught to us. Based on my PRF, my scores are good and based on my google classroom; I was able to submit all of my tasks and assignments. Down below are my comments for each goal and all whether or not I accomplished it.


SPECIFIC:
For Goal no. 1, I think I wasn't able to accomplish 1/2 of this goal since, based on my google classroom, I have a Cerebry assignment that was marked us done late. However, I didn't get any deductions since we were allowed to submit Cerebry  assignments late as long, as it is not too late (2 days after the deadline). Based on the pictures of the assignments that I have submitted, I have answered all of the questions that are needed to be completed; therefore completing the other half. 

For Goal no. 2, I think I was able to accomplish this goal since based on my PRF I did not fail anything besides two entry tickets. However, I haven't really gotten the results of all of my scores so I shouldn't be that complacent. 

For Goal no. 3, I think that I have taken notes for every topic because I need it for future reference. Every time an entry ticket is given, I always take down notes. 


MEASURABLE: 
I find this goal to be completed since I have listed all of my scores in my PRF expect for the assignments that haven't been returned. The PRF really helped/helps me monitor if my assignments are good and whether or not I am passing in terms of my class standing. 


ATTAINABLE: 
I can achieve my first goal, next term by submitting my assignments on time even though there are no deductions if I submit a day later than the deadline. 
Based on my PRF, my grades that have been returned are good and most of them are passing. However, I shouldn't be that complacent. Therefore, in order to achieve my second SMART goal this term, I need to give effort on my last assessments that need to be submitted; submitting them on time, and by getting good marks in my final assessments. 
I think that I've achieved my third SMART goal since that goal is to take down notes on every topic, and I have taken down notes on every topic when I do the entry tickets. 


RELEVANT:
If I accomplish my last goal (2nd SMART Goal) by giving effort on my last assessments and submitting them on time. By getting good grades, this would boost my self-confidence and give me a higher chance of entering the ASHS (Ateneo Senior High School). My parents also will be proud of me since they know that I am doing well in school, and that their hard work pays off. 


TIME-BOUND:
  1. The first goal was suppose to be done as soon as I receive the assignment. I would then make sure that I have answered each and every question before turning the assignment in, on time. However, I wasn't able to accomplish this goal since I have one Cerebry assignment that I turned in late.
  2. The second goal, which was to have a term grade higher than C, was suppose to be checked at the end of term or during the time when we were suppose to submit a copy of our PRFs. I think I have accomplished this goal since I haven't really failed much except for a few entry tickets. However, I should not be that relaxed since the next assessments that haven't been returned or still need to be submitted could lower my grades. 
  3. My third goal, which was to take down notes for every topic, has been accomplished since I take down notes every time an entry ticket is given.

Not because the topic itself was difficult, but just like in the first term, because I was really nervous. In oral exam 1, our teacher, Mr. Reyes just asked our group to identify the characteristics of the Parabola, however because of nervousness I got confused and answered the questions wrongly. Luckily, I was given another chance and I got the questions all correct.   • One misconception that I had this term is on MCT specifically on how to find the median of ungrouped data. 
  • The misconception occurs when I need to find the median of ungrouped data. 
  • I learned about this misconception when my group and I were doing the first Performance Task on MCT. I was really confused on how to find the median for grouped data since it was really different than the one for ungrouped data. Because of this, I opened and studied the provided PowerPoint; as well as my statistics workbook to see if there was anything that could help me. Turns out in order to find the median of grouped data you just need to add the Lowest Class Boundary of the Median Class + Size / Frequency of the Median Class [(Total Frequency/2) - Cumulative Frequency before the Median Class].

I can say this since most if not all of my Cerebry assignments perfect. Cerebry also gives me extra practice which helps me understand the lessons being taught to us, even more. I don't think I did much, but I still answered the questions that are assigned to me correctly. I was also the one who turned in the google slides for our group. Our group also exceled in photo outputs.
