Párrafo 1
My name is Yaneth and I Colombian. I am 44 years old. I´m not married, I am single. I don't have children. I am from “Yumbo, Valle” but live in Dosquebradas, Risaralda. I am an Administrative assistant. Also study technology in security and health at work. And I like to be with my family and friends.

Párrafo 2
I live in “Dosquebradas” Risaralda. I live with mother and my cat. I also live in a house. There are two gyms, there is shopping centers el Progreso, there aren´t green areas, there is one church, finally the fire station is on the avenue.

Párrafo 3
This is my routine first I get up at 5:30 in the morning. Then I eat breakfast at 15 minutes.
I have for breakfast arepa with aguapanela or chocolate and egg. Then I get to work by on a motorcycle. But I have lunch at 20 minutes. I have for lunch is salad, rice, chicken, and water or juices. I go back home at 7 night. I spend time with my family, and my boyfriend. my dinner is at 8 night. I have for dinner arepa with cheese and aguapanela. Weekends I study, rest, be with my boyfriend, go to the movies and go out to eat. Finally I go to sleep at 12 or 1 at night.

 ¿En cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé? Foro de esta tarea, Talleres de componente practico (TCP), Web conferencias, B-learning etc.? 
R: Participe en el foro, estuve en el segundo taller de componente practico y B-learning.

¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?
R: He aprendido mucho, para mi todo es nuevo ya que hace 26 años salí del colegio y no tuve la oportunidad de estudiar antes, estoy empezando desde cero, y la enseñanza ha cambiado pero espero aprender mucho.
Aprender a escribir desde ni nombre y edad quien soy, mi rutina, donde vivo para mi es un gran avance ya que no tenia idea de como era, los signos de puntuación las mayusculas en que momento se utilizan, es una materia para aprender mucho de ella. 

 ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿Por qué?
R: Es muy importante porque el ingles es un idioma que es muy utilizado a nivel global y muchas empresas requieren saber del idioma.

 ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? 
R: Es de gran aporte en mi vida personal ya que para mi es una de las lenguas mas usadas en el mundo y si lo entiendo se que no tendría ninguna dificultad para comunicarme con personas de otros países, cada día nos encontramos con mas información basados en ingles.
En mi aprendizaje profesional tendría mas opciones de trabajo ya que mi carrera que es Tecnología en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en todas las empresas es obligatorio tener su sistema de gestión, es aquí donde puedo llegar a laboral con empresas que sea obligatorio el idioma.

R: Si en esta unidad pude organizar mejor mi tiempo y participar en el foro. 

¿Preparé y dediqué suficiente tiempo para realizar una buena presentación oral en el video y/o en el encuentro sincrónico?
R: Si, aunque llevo muchos años sin estudiar he tratado de dar y de hacer lo mejor posible mi trabajo.

 ¿Me siento más seguro de expresarme Oralmente en Inglés? 
R: Si, se debe de practicar mucho para ir adquiriendo conocimiento la idea es estudiar todos los días para aprender mas.

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? 
R: Aporta mucho ya que cada dia vemos que el ingles se vuelve parte fundamental de nuestras vidas y que en cualquier momento nos veremos enfrentados a situaciones que requieran del idioma.
