It is important to do so often as this often motivates other students to follow the rules to also receive rewards.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Strategy 1:&nbsp; Tangible Recognition<br>These are things students can see, feel, and hold.&nbsp; Sometimes this means giving them a "prize" or a reward such as extra recess or a field trip (Magana &amp; Marzano, 2014).<br>Strategy 2:&nbsp; Phone Calls, Emails, and Notes:<br>Positive contact with parents is crucial in any classroom.  When a teacher has taken the time to communicate positives with parents it is much easier for them to listen if you have to make a negative phone call.  You do not want the parents to think every time the phone rings from school it is something negative. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Implement Strategy 1:<br>To implement strategy 1 I would offer students a Fun Friday time.&nbsp; This would give them an opportunity choose an activity they enjoy doing as a reward for staying on task all week and completing all assignments, while maintaining a positive attitude. &nbsp;<br>Implement Strategy 2:  I love to call parents and hear the surprise in their voices when they find out that you are NOT calling with bad news!  I would like to set a goal of calling at least 5 parents a week with positive news about their child.  </div>]]></description>
