But commonly more relevant topics were discussed, such as becoming a Terrace Gentlemen and the Terrace Culture. The Terrace Gentlemen are men who show attributes that are commendable, such as Courage to do the right thing in a wrong situation. Humility to achieve great results while also being humble. Teamwork to work as a collective unit and to build and achieve greatness as a team. All these attributes and much more are what Mr Gribble has tried to teach us. All these men build to make the Terrace Culture, which is a spirit that connects everyone through the kindness they show each other. Terrace rowing shows one of the greatest examples of spirituality because throughout a season of rowing connections and relationships are made that positively impact on everyone. My Spirituality is defined by the people who I interact with, so these men that I row with are apart of my Spirituality and how I define myself as a human.
