         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree to this diet because you are able to eat the same kinds of foods but have to limit the kind of points the food has. Also you can monitor yourself on a app or online to see how much points you have and how much weight you have losed throughout the diet. The point system also encourages eating foods that produce greater safety. Another reason why I agree to this diet is that for the point system you can scan your food to see how much points they are and the lower the number, the better it is.<br><br></div>]]></description>
