         <description><![CDATA[<div>SUNSHINE YELLOW <br>One positive we noticed- goal focus and cohesiveness are WAY up we think due to teaming. <br><br>Areas to improve are morale and autonomy, which we wonder if these are due to pressures from level 4 demands <br><br>We work well together and are successful, yet individuals don't feel the positive outcomes from the success daily. (we need more cross-curricular activities.)<br>- Utilize and make available more interventions for students of concern at the team level.<br>+ Continue to dive into analysis and inquiry<br>- Strive to diminish to GAP in Math and Science MCAS scores<br>+We are trending in the right direction! :)<br>- Not many gains in most of the categories.<br>- CONTINUE our communication between ALL staff.<br>+ ALL OHI data went up except one!<br>+EVERYTHING is going up! Building needs to "shut down" for instruction to devote to focus to testing only.          <description><![CDATA[<div>+ Cohessiveness is UP significantly!! THE JOB IS GETTING DONE!<br><br>- Morale is lowered. Teachers feel we need to ask the hard question and identifying the problem. Why do teachers have low morale? Suggestion for a Morale focus group to creat teacher-created morale activities (some felt morale became slapstick mockery and not productive). Teachers also connect morale to having a lost voice with school decisions. Does our opinion really matter?<br><br>-autonomy is also low. How can teachers be flexible to go off cirriculum to teach skills&nbsp;needed for content, but not feel penalized (lowering morale)? Teachers shared multiple instances of math students not being able to do basic multiplication, but teachers needing to stay on Algebra curriculum. How can we provide the autonomy to support the student, BUT keep within the reign of content?</div>]]></description>
