When writing your personal statement, make sure you don't panic about finding a topic, flow through each question presented and which feels most organic is the one you should choose. Consider Everything When Applying

When applying to Colleges or searching for "The One" consider Everything you dont think youre interested in. For example, if you aren't dorming look at their options, buildings, and residential life anyways. You never know if you'll change your mind about something and what will effect you future at that college. I also recommend heavily visiting your favorite choices because the school could be your dream but the campus could be in an area you cant focus, or a campus that just makes you uncomfortable. Always confide in your peers as well. - Destiny McClinton

Please do not put this until the last minute. Make this a priority if your grades are iffy, not saying that you should half butt it if your doing good but if you have average grades or below average... prioritize this. -john

Start planning now, your junior year as it is harder to make a connection senior year. Look into your teachers, what school they went to, their majors, their interests and accomplishments this will benefit when selecting who to ask and to which schools you wanna include their recommendation.-john
