• It made us feel bad because we felt as though we were ruining the oceans.
• The scenes of the animals caught in misfortune due to human waste resonated with us.
• The only action we thought of was to reduce use of plastic since no other alternatives were given.

• We began to feel more hopeful since an example of a city in Tanzania which saw many improvements when effort was put in.
• A scene that resonated with us is when we believed a section of the ocean to be completely clean while in reality there were lots of smaller plastic pieces of waste within.
• We felt we could educate people that plastic in the oceans is a serious problem.

• We felt sad for the local fish farmers who were harmed by the pollution.
• The group of people helping cleanup the beach resonated with us.
• We now know we can do our part to help by assisting with any cleanup if there is another disaster.

• We felt very privileged because we do not have to deal with my trash after we throw it away.
• The little child flying his kite while standing on a mound of trash on his home island was very powerful.
• To help, I will promote greater equality throughout the world.

• We were surprised so many people in the United States have been impacted by BPA.
• Including the baby resonated with us since it highlighted that future children are in danger.
• At this point we planned to buy BPA-free plastic but soon after the film explained that many other toxins still exist so we now know this is not enough.

• At the end of the movie, we felt scared because the plastic could easily harm our well-being
• It struck us that the majority of plastic is from food packaging.
• We plan to buy food with less packaging.
