Those groups have been working during the Professional Development Days and internally with the information during the weekly/biweekly meetings between coordination and the stages and weekly with the coordination team. 

The coordination team is not only created by the education area but also with people as Melodie, Ana and myself in order to take decisions aligned to the learning goal we all have. Mónica and myself are the accreditation coordinators and we have prepared the documentation Neasc needs. This documentation has been created from the reflection and analysis about the daily needs but also the future goals. 

We also have finish the Major Learning Plan and the Strategic Plan for the following years. The Major Learning Plan is about what we are going to focus and develop for the next years. Those are: 

1. Prepare our own VMS Curriculum after the analysis and link the Montessori Curriculum with the Common Core in all the stages. 

2. English as the first language understood not only about something we have to achieve in the classrooms but also make the school a place where English could not be a challenge but a usual language we feel happy to work with in the rest of the areas. 

3. Create a more holistic evaluation system that integrates the Montessori observations, participation and other skills.

1. We have to speak English and encourage children to speak English. 
2. The inspectors are going to attend Learning Observations. One of us will come into the classroom for 30 min to share what they are doing, the environments, they will talk with to the children and will ask them what they are doing, what is that for... 
3. The schedule has 3 meetings with a few children from Upper, Lower and Children's House. They will talk to the visitors by May 17 from 10.45 to 11.05 a.m. Please, choose and share with Sonia M. the names of the children. They should talk at the office. Sonia or Mónica will take them and go to the Office. 
4. The meetings and work at the office have to be canceled the whole week. Please use my desk if you need it.
