         <description><![CDATA[<div>We learnt how to use Google Classroom, Google Meet and how to make Slides, screen Recordings, voice recordings, Videos, recording student learnings, Seesaw, 1:1 intervention on Google Meet, and how to use many other technological tools. <br>We have learnt many things by trial and error.  It was ok to make mistakes and were to feel if errors were made.  <br>We feel more confident using Technology now.  <br>The team grew because of the support we gave each other and trouble shooting we did together.  Knowing we were it it together we knew all would be well.<br>The positive encouragement and recognition we received from Leadership allowed us to feel empowered.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>ICT sills have developed. Rebecca is astounded at her skill level now!  Anthony taught me things step by step and talked through processes. Once he showed me, I was able to do it. Thinking about tasks beyond pen and paper. Ie. Asking children to do activities outside, around the house and take photos/make videos etc. Better communication skills between Anthony and I. Knowing our next move before we even discuss things. StudyLadder PODS were not sustainable in Prep and after 1 week we had to think differently and beyond PODs.<br><br></div>]]></description>
