An excellent teacher always planifies his class and never improvises. In addition, a good teacher is a punctual person, listens and understands the particularities and learning differences of each student, and is an open-minded person. 
In the same way, a good student is someone who likes studying and learning with passion and interest, not as an obligation, is a person who is responsible, autonomous and has intrinsic motivation to learn.
