A genetic factor that makes me who I am is my athletic ability. from a young age, I was always pretty strong and determined to learn new things like flips. when I was probably 7 I could pretty much land a backflip on the ground and now I do 3 sports.

The physical environment I'm around is a ton of mountains and lakes. As far as seasons go it gets really hot and really cold it's a great mix of both. Idaho overall is a great place to live if you love hot summers and cold winters.

a lifestyle that impacts others is my travel life with gymnastics. in gymnastics, I get to travel out of state for competitions, impacting my whole family. money wise and bonding time.

a negative tech environment thing is my phone. I average like 3 hours a day on my phone and that isn't good because I could be doing more productive things. that's discluding videogames so I feel as if I spent more time doing more productive things I would feel better.

my technology environment is mainly my phone. My phone has everything I need, from huddle to look at football plays to YouTube/TikTok to watch videos for entertainment. I can also play games on my phone which can be nice during lets say hunting.

a negative lifestyle factor. 1 lifestyle factor that could be a negative is eating unhealthy and a lot of food but I don't think I eating a lot is bad for me because it fuels me for all the sports I do. but if i had a choice of what i ate more it would be fast food every day.

lifestyle factor+ a lifestyle factor that is a plus is I work out every day other than the weekend. I do football and gymnastics so I do a mix of both especially now because football and gymnastics are 5 days a week so I split my time.
