The song has a constant beat to it and when the beat is done in the song  the music video shows the drum move a bit with another drum staying there using a stop image effect. The same happens with the guitar but it’s less frequent.

The whole song shows different shots of people lip sinking to the song each with their own gimmick and look.

Thought out the video it has a animation playing that looks like a video game but plays in the corner live video of the band and it sometimes takes over the whole thing but goes back into the corner after. In the end they appear in the virtual world.

The video flows Sandi Thom walking down a path singing her song while people follow her being both musician and random people.

While some of the song is clips from the movie suicide squad, but the rest of it follows a man in Arkham Asylum and the camera pans around them and changes angles.

Though out the music video the band walks in fount of a green screen that shows images of different parts of apocalypse like scenes with flashes and glitches in the background.

The entire video is animated as the Gorillaz are an animated band. Showing different scenes of the characters like the guitarist and singer in a prison like place that looks like an insane asylum. While one sits on a flying windmill
