Yes, I know that you most likely do not care about that aspect. 
Also though these tests are used to see where student's strengths and weaknesses are in educational areas. 
They can tell how well a student is doing in comparison to others in the same grade. 
The state uses them to determine if schools are doing a good job of teaching or not.
