         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Bridge</strong></div><div>[Establish a bridge from a relevant previous activity or experience you had with your group.]</div><div><strong><br>Theme</strong></div><div>Today we will share what we are grateful for as a way to check in with the group.</div><div><br><strong>Directions</strong></div><ol><li>To begin the activity, ask participants to think of one thing, or one person, they feel grateful for today. When ready, participants create a post that shows what they are grateful for. The post can be a picture or simply text.</li><li>Each participant shares their response with the group, choosing to briefly elaborate on the person or thing they are grateful for.</li></ol><div><br></div><div><strong>Reflections</strong></div><div><em>Allow time to explore the following questions with participants:</em></div><ul><li>How did listening to what everyone feels grateful for affect your mood?</li><li>What did others say that inspired you to think of more things that you feel grateful for?</li><li>Gratitude can be challenging, sometimes.
