The Colosseum was built between 70-80 AD. I was so surprised to see something that old still standing today. It's estimated that the Colosseum could once hold up to 80,000 spectators. I couldn't believe there are 135 steps! My friends and I decided to race and I climbed the steps in 10 minutes. These steps connect a piazza to a French church at the top.
