1. We are giving our post assessment at the end of each math chapter. For reading, we are giving our post assessments weekly.

2. Our post assessments are through Galileo. We use the standard we are working to to find Galileo questions. Our students take this post assessment on Galileo.

3. If the data does not meet our expectations that we created we would reteach/enrich with our homerooms. If students continue to struggle we will use that standard to drive our intervention groups throughout the grade level.

4. For those who did not master the standard, they will be pulled for small group instruction with the teacher or will receive strategic intervention during switch.

Reteach based on the skills that we're not mastered we would reteach and students who excel provide them an extra challenge.
4. Regroup based on understanding and reteach in small group.

The post assessment will look like the pre-assessment to gauge student growth.

3. If the data does not meet expectations, we reteach standards in a different way and reassess.

4. We will spiral review, pull out small groups, use individualized assignments, reassess until they meet mastery.

The post assessmet with not be mirrored by the pre-assessmet but with have similar characteristics. The post assessment will containg 7 to 10 questions using multiple selected response.
3. If the data does not meet our expectations will must decipher it and then plan accordingly the appropriate steps and decide what route to take.
4. For those who have not mastered the standards we will support them by providing small group intervention to help them fill in the gaps that are needed. After small group intervention we will re-assess the students to see if they have progressed.

If the data doesn't meet our expectations we will discuss in our PLC and plan for our intervention time.
3.
