         <description><![CDATA[<p>Chomsky’s theory of language acquisition, known as Universal Grammar, posits that language is an innate capacity of humans. According to Chomsky, children are born with a language acquisition device (LAD), a biological ability that enables them to acquire language rules and structures effortlessly</p><p><br/></p><p>Comparision: </p><p>Dewey's theory: he is a philosopher psychologist an d an education reformer, he is known for his work in pragmatism and emphasizing on the importance of experience and education in society.</p><p>Chomsky's theory: he is known for his political activism and power structures </p><p>Dewey's focus was more on education and philosophy while Chomsky was on science and political activism</p><p><br/></p><p>summary:  While both Dewey and Chomsky have made significant contributions to their respective fields, they differ in their areas of focus and their approaches to social and political issues.
