While looking at research it was very split. Some people got results that said it was my nutritious than the alternative, but some cases said there was no correlation. After researching I came up with a hypothesis. I thought that the denser fruit does not determine its nutritious value. To me that sounds like predicting that a fat man is smarter than a skinny man because he’s denser.It does not work like that.

There is no correlation for its nutrients  or the vitamin levels to its density.
