They are taken to the local prison where they are waiting to be sentenced. Billy comes up with the idea to summon YOU to be his defender.

Though he lacks the murder weapon, the district attorney, Jim Trotter III has a strong case against your client. After your poor showing at the hearing, Stanley fires you and hires the public defender, John Gibbons. However, Gibbons nerves and severe studder assist the prosecution's case.

The Agent

The district attorney produces a surprise witness, and FBI analyst by the name of George Wilbur. YOU object, as Trotter failed to inform you ahead of time, but Judge Chamberlein overrules your objection. Wilbur, testifies that the pattern and chemical analysis of the tire marks left at the crime scene are identical to those of Bill's car. He states that the tires on Bill's car are the most popular in America. How will YOU respond to this statement?

Break

YOU have a small 90 minute break where you need to gather as much evidence as possible. It has to be sufficient. If not both of your clients will be sentenced to prison. While you are on this break YOUR friend Mona Lisa Vito enters the diner and you believe she may have the key to this case.

The final stretch

After asking the local sheriff for a favor, you drag your friend Lisa into court to testify as an expert witness on cars. She has captured many photos with a small pink polaroid that she carries around. By using the LOGIC and knowledge that Lisa has from working in her fathers mechanic shop she manages to overtake the DA's trick question. YOUR questioning has worked! Let's see what the jury decides!
