Intellectual Skills

1. Speaks in complete sentences.
- Observe if they speak in a complete sentences

2. Indentifies what objects are used for
- Show them objects like comb, pillow, hanger, also cooking utensils (can use toys version if you want) and ask them what they are used for

3. Pays attention to longer stories

- Tell them stories like legend stories/ stories of the prophets and observe whether they pay attention until the end or not

4. Tells short stories

- Ask them to tell a short stories of anything

5. Explains everything in proper sequences

- Make them explains anything that have sequences eg etiquette before eat etc

6. Sings songs and repeat simple rhymes (no ABC)

- Sing any children song and ask them to repeat

7. Asks many questions

- Trigger them to ask many question eg bring them to market/show them unfamiliar object

8. Identifies some colors

- Show them colors of the surrounding and ask them to identify

9. Counts to five

- Show them hands and ready to count together from 1-5

10. Can follow two related directions

- Ask them to do two things at once eg Drink and sit

11. Speaks in sentences of four and more words
- Observe of they speak in sentences of four or more words

12. Understand space concepts such as _in, out, on, over, under

- Ask them to put any objects using space concept

Motor Skills

Basically we have to show them first and then make them follow what we did after that. 

1. Stacks nine or ten blocks

- Make them stack 9-10 blocks

2. String large beads

- Together string the large beads with them

3. Cuts paper in half

- Make a disconnected line in the middle of the a4 paper and make them cut

4. Holds crayon with fingers instead of fist

- Give them a printed picture/coloring book and let them color it with crayons. Observe

5. Copies a circle

- Make a lot of circles and let them copy

6. Copies a vertical line

- Draw a vertical line and make them copy

7. Copies a crossed line

- Draw a crossed line and let them copy 

8. Draws a person with three parts

- Make them draw head, body, and limbs

9. Draws a face with features

- Make them draw a face - eyes, mouth, nose, eye brows etc

10. Complete puzzle with three to six pieces

- Complete a puzzle together with them, show where to put the pieces

11. Drives pegs into holes

- Make sure they put the pegs into the right holes, right shapes

12. Makes shapes from clay

- Make any shapes using clay

13. Turns pages of book, one at a time

- Read book together with them. Make sure he's the one holding and turn the pages of the book one by one

14. Feeds self with few spills

- Let them feed themselves. Observe if they spills a few

15. Spreads butter etc with knife

- Make them spread butter/jam/kaya to the bread using knife

16. Pours liquids

- Put water in a small jug/cup and make them pour it in another cup

17. Turns on sink faucet

- Before/after eat/play, ask them to wash their hands. Ask them to turn on the faucet

18. Unbuttons large buttons

- Find a winter coat or anything with large buttons and unbutton assisted/make them do it alone

19. Takes off coat unassisted

- Wear them a coat and ask them to take off the coat
