2. General dissatisfaction/distrust in government
      - If the nation doesn't trust it's own government, then why should the government even be?
- People may be elected on the basis of a promise, and then fail to uphold it once they have power.

3. Not everybody will agree on one solution.
      -Instead of solving problems, this will create more. Who makes the final decision for the whole nation?
