We found that there were no better comparisons or words to describe the world dynamic when put into two categories.
We believe that, though at some points of your life you can be one or the other, at your core, you are either a lifter or a leaner. 
A great example of this dynamic at its extreme are group projects, the responisblities and executions of the work tends to fall on one person's shoulders while the rest of the group, whether or not they did a little bit of the work, gets the same grade. A good example of this dynamic in an odd sense is copying someone's homework. A lifter can be the one that's copied off of constantly, but sometimes, for any reason, the lifter might become the leaner, but the lifter is still a lifter at their core.
