Poisoning is a little different, the effects of poisons depend on a persons age, height, weight, and state of health. It also depends on the type of substance, amount, and type of exposure. Drugs and Poisons are considered relevant evidence because if someone died of an overdose from a sleeping pill prescribed to them but their toxicology screening comes back and they have way more in their body then there should have been. Then they have to find out why they have so much in their system when there should not have been.
