Anna Garcia was found lying face down in the entry hallway. the night before she died her neighbor, Doug Green said he saw her walking her dog at 6:30 am wearing a black sweater even though it was very hot. At 9:45 Doug made a call to the police because her dog was barking for 2 hours. EMT arrived at the scene at 9:56am. Throughout the investigation i found out her death was an accident because of all the research and testing i did.
