After doing research about the problem, I've learnt that waste problem in Hong Kong is serious. It may be a big issue but I can also do a part for it. I made this plastic flower light out of plastic bottles. Plastic bottles can be given a second life. Whenever I turn on the flower light on my desk, it reminds me to love nature.

After learning the upcycle product of the problem, I’ve learnt that how serious about the food waste around Hong Kong. It causes the food issue of the Earth. The aims of making fruit jam is to reduce the ugly produce.I understand that what is do is to avoid the food waste problem continue rising !

I found that Hong Kong waste problem is in a critical condition. We throw a lot of waste into landfills every day. A huge part of it is plastic waste and indeed we can recycle or upcycle it. I made a flower light with my group mate. In that way, we can upcycle plastic bottles into something nice. Now, I know we all have a part in protecting the environment. I will invite my family and friends to do the same.

1.I think the waste problem in Hong Kong is extremely serious.Hong Kong make almost 6 million tonnes in 2019.That’s as heavy as 1043 double-ducker buses.

I think that the waste problem in Hong Kong is serious and not ideal.People in HK throws away about 1048 tones of trash every day.So I have decided to make an plastic product that can help the environment.The product is the plastic flower pot.It took us a while to make it but after making the product,It raised my awareness of how the environment was now and I will keep upcycling plastic products.

I think the waste problem in Hong Kong is very serious.Every day we throw away a lot of garbage(11428tonnes). So I made the No sew zipper bottle.After the project ,I thought the environment will be better and the air will be cleaner.

After learning about the waste problem in Hong Kong, I realised that it’s a serious issue. Even though it seems big, I can still help. I made croutons from stale bread. This way, I’m reducing food waste instead of just throwing it away. Whenever I enjoy my croutons, it reminds me to care for the environment and make better choices.

Hong Kong has a big waste problem because of too much trash and not enough space in landfills. Many people don’t recycle, which makes it worse.

I made useful things like bags from old clothes and decorations from plastic bottles. It helped reduce waste and was fun to do.The project taught me how bad waste is for the earth. It made me want to recycle more, use less, and take better care of the environment.

I think Hong Kong waste problem is serious because only 30%of our garbage is recycled also we throw away almost 11428 tonnes of garbage every day.All our garbage was throw into landfill and the landfill may cause air pollution too.

Hong Kong's waste problem is very serious every year, with more and more garbage generated each year. Although Hong Kong has a recycling program, the recycling rate is low. Moreover, Hong Kong's landfill space is limited, and as garbage accumulates, it will face greater difficulties. I think the government needs to strengthen its policies to reduce waste.
We made a candle holder out of a plastic bottle.
I think need to raise public awareness of environmental issues and the government should formulate strict environmental regulations to support renewable energy.
