Instead of ending at 5.15pm on Monday and Thursday we will end at 5pm. Currently we are still sticking to the same filming times. November 14th 9am-1pm, November 18th 1pm-6pm (please note we will be rehearsing in the morning) and November 21st 9am-6pm.

Rehearsal Schedule:

As much as Possible I am trying to stick to the following schedule. 

Calling actors only on the days they are on campus, except for Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

The only change is 'Production Week' when we ask all students to be available. This would be no different to the expectations in normal circumstances.

'Normal Rehearsal Schedule'.

Monday & Tuesday: 3.30pm-5pm

Wednesday: 

9.20am-10.20am (There will be modifications to this morning rehearsal)

1pm-2.30pm

Thursday & Friday: 3.30pm-5pm

Saturday: 9am-1pm

November 11th: TBD


Production Week: 

November 13th: 3.30pm-6pm

Saturday November 14th: Filming Day One: 9am -1pm

Monday November 16th: 3.30pm-5pm

Tuesday November 17th: 3.30pm-5pm

Company Rehearsal

Wednesday November 18th:

Rehearsals 10am-12pm

Company to break for lunch and regroup at 12.30pm

Filming Day Two: 1pm-6pm

Thursday November 19th: 3.30pm-5pm

Juniors and Seniors only

As I said to the cast on Saturday, the level of work that they have all put in has been seriously impressive. It's been a joy to create a piece of  theatre that one doesn't often see at the High School level let alone in rehearsals.   

Factoring in the challenge of a socially distant production, innovative choices, and incredible teamwork, it's been an honor to be working with these students.  I can't wait to see what we will find in the next few days.

Due to scheduling conflicts and logistical concerns there may be one or two alterations this week, mainly concerning Tuesday's rehearsal but overall we are on task to start filming on Saturday.

Please note on Saturday 14th all actors are called at 8am. This is to ensure that we have actors in costume and ready to start at 9am. If we are to stop at 1pm then we need to make this small change in the morning. My apologies for the change.

Starting on Monday actors are to make the final rehearsals and both shooting days. To make their commute a little easier I've asked Class teachers to release students from their final remote blocks on both Tuesday 10th and Friday 13th. Please note as outlined in the other rehearsal schedule, on Friday 13th we end at 6pm.
