Use your Right and Left hands to see if you can keep 2 balloons in the air at the same time. 

Strike the balloon so it goes over your head. This will make it easier to keep both balloons in the air at the same time.

1. A Balloon or some type of ball that students are able to hold with one hand. 
2. Space! Please make sure you have enough space to complete the activity. 
3. A Big Buddy! Please complete the activity with a parent or an older buddy who can supervise you!

4. When striking with other body parts like your elbows, please only use a balloon. I've added an additional video with demonstrations on how to complete all of the exercises safely when using a different object besides a balloon.
