They're always in need to be rescued by a man. Many believe that women were created to just make babies, see that their homes are taken care of, and to ensure their husband's happiness. Women are so much more than that. They have the ability to be a CEO of a corporation, to be a judge in a court room, and most of all to be president of the United States. Female lions are more ferocious than their male counterpart. We see female heroines every day, fighting to be recognized. Marks and de Courtivron states, “Women must write through their bodies, they must invent the impregnable language that will wreck partitions, classes, and rhetoric, regulations and codes.” Women no longer have to succumb to what society wants them to be, they can write their own story.

Here we see Kali (an amazon warrior) and Storm (A Marvel superhero) fighting. Kali not born of the Amazons but born of humanity was only 8 years old when she saw the government come and kill the villagers in her town. Her rage was so strong that she captured the attention of the Queen of the Amazon who taught her to harness it and use it. She was later granted superpowers from the Gods. Storm not realizing that Kali is one of the good guys begin to attack her and therefore their rivalry begins.
