There is no theory that more superior than another. All theory are different approaches for us to learn languages and learn how to teach. The main purpose of learning theories are to help with course designing and it influences the educators role during teaching and learning session. All of the learning theories are networked to one another and it has very significant influence on teaching methods and practice. They might differ in perspective of learning but it all helps equip educators to handle a variety of learning situations. It is depend on the teacher to apply appropriate learning theory to different types of students.

In our opinion, a more superior theory of learning is the connectivism theory because learning does not only happen in classroom. “If they do not learn it in class they will learn it outside”. What they learn in class will only have meaning if they are able to integrate it with what they pick up outside of classes. As it is integrated, we think that it's applicable in most of the situation or context. In making meaning of what we learn, it usually stays with us throughout our lives in addition to us having a deeper understanding of what we have absorbed.

Constructivism is the Superior Learning Theory

In my opinion, constructivism is the superior learning theory. This is because, in the classroom, constructivism puts learners in the center of the learning process, and suggests that learners contribute to knowledge construction by activating their prior knowledge and personal experiences when the leaning process takes place. I personally think that it is good learning strategy because this learning theory does not dismiss the active role of the teacher but it modifies that role so that teachers help students to construct knowledge rather than to reproduce a series of facts. Teachers provides tools such as problem-solving and inquiry-based learning activities with which students formulate and test their ideas, draw conclusions and inferences. Constructivism able to transform students from a passive recipient of information to an active participant in the learning process.
