1. LJ based on staff interest - free a day so staff can go find links to organisations they are interested in and form groups to go (empower teachers to take ownership), teachers self-organise

2. Teachers contribute connections to different organisations, contribute ideas to where they are interested in and EXCO do first cut and organise

3. Advertise about TWA+ so staff can sign up for what they are interested in

4. Setting a clear intent for the LJs. - For innovation? For broadening perspectives? Regardless of the approach we take, the intent will help in the overall planning and organisation

5. Tight on intention, loose on implementation, tight on reflection
