When answering most questions softball was involved or my softball relationships were involved. 
Some different roles/identities I manage would probably be the different relationships and teams I'm apart of. Different people bring out different personalities in myself. With my boyfriend, family, and close friends I am much more open and act a different way than when I'm with coaches or some people I'm not close with.
I think reflected appraisal is apart of everyone's lives. When I get a compliment or someone notices something positive about myself, I tend to keep doing that. I know when I play well in softball getting those compliments or praises feels nice. When someone tells me they like my hair when I have it a certain way I like to keep doing that. 
My biggest reference group is probably my relationships. My friends and family are really important to me and I value their opinions.
I would say social comparisons has changed the ideas of myself, especially being a teenage girl. With social media you tend to find yourself comparing yourself to others. I don't think you should change yourself or not think highly of yourself because you look different, however, I do think I do that sometimes.
