It was Carnaval in 2022, me and some friends had a litlle party to celebrate, there were 7 people thisty for the Carnaval. The party was marked for the 3pm, but we started at 7pm, we were a little late. Maybe because the uber did not work so well that day, and me and 2 friends had to charge for 2km: 1 fan, 1 bale of beer and a music sound box…

In short, we had the party in our hands. When we walked for the streets with the fan, beer and music box a lot of peaple talked with us, actually invite us for stay, I think is because the stuff we carry. In the end, it was a long walk, I almost died of exaustion, but it was a incredible party, since we were without carnival for two years.

It was a beautiful summer day on the last year and my boyfriend, me and a couple of friends decided to go to Punta del Este for the afternoon.
We took two jet skis, put them in the water and walked for a few hours.
After, we decided to have a barbecue in the back of the truck (it's a chic place, so this attitude didn't match to the attitude). We ate and it was delicious.
Suddenly, it started to rain a lot and we had to get the jet skis out of the water and leave the way we were.
It was a delicious and crazy afternoon.

On the Carnival holiday my husband was inviting to visit his friend in another city and they were thinking about going up a mountain.
When they told me about this plan, I resisted a little, because, on pandemic days, I'm very sedentary. But unfortunately the plan happened and we decided to climb this mountain.
As I predicted, my body wasn't prepared, I suffered a lot to go up, but I got it. The problems started when we went down the mountain...
My legs didn't work well and I fell five times.
Time was running out and we lost more than two and a half hours to make the trip that we could have done in an hour and a half.
A week passed and I still didn't have the strength to walk normally. And today I have three purple nails in my feet to remind me that maybe I will to hike only in 2025.

A few weeks ago, strange things started happening in the condo I live in. With the days, in a Whatsapp group only for women residents, appeared 6 or 7 reports exactly the same, all in the same time zona, between night and early morning.

On Monday morning a condo resident said in group that someone knocked on her door during the night, but he didn’t answer because he wasn’t expecting anyone. It didn't take long for other girls to tell similar stories, and over the course of the week they had seven girls saying the same things. During the night and early morning, they heard knocking at the door, some ringing the bell and finally someone forced the doorknob with the intention of entering. One of them said that without thinking, after several rings she opened the door, and when it opened, there was no one else there, but when she look down the hall she can see someone coming down the stairs

Fear has settled between us all, we talked to the doorman and he said there’s always a security guard walking by the condo, but this one doesn’t knock on doors or ring doorbells. He said he’d keep an eye out for the dawn.

Since then no girl has said anything else, but all of them are still afraid inside their own homes.

A too salty lunch for a little monkey

Some days ago, I was working at UEL and received a strange message from my friends. The message was: "There is a monkey having lunch in the kitchen."

They were in the student's kitchen for lunchtime when Ana went to the next room to check an experiment. Suddenly, a monkey showed up just behind Jaque. When Ana came back and saw, she immediately said to Jaque rush out. They messaged me about what was happening.

The monkey stayed in the kitchen looking for food. So, the girls realized that they had left all their stuff on the table. They were terrified. There aren't many people at UEL on the weekends to ask for help.

A few minutes later, the little monkey left and jumped to the roof clutching a salt container. My friends rushed into the kitchen and locked the door. They stayed there until they were sure there were no monkeys around. When Ana and Jaque left, they saw the empty container on the roof. That was trouble lunch.

Last weekend we were going to film some scenes for my boyfriend's movie. He wrote a script and it's really determined to record the whole thing. He booked a recording of some scenes to test if everyone was ready to make the whole thing happen.

One of the most important points of his script were the scars that are a characteristic of some of the characters, but for our desperation the person who was responsible for the scars slept over time and got there 2 hours late. Because of this, me and two other girls had to improvise the scars without him.

It was a challenging process and definitely a crazy adventure, but in the end the scars were pretty decent for a bunch of first timers.

My friend Geovana is a single mother and has been working hard to raise her son Gustavo. His school organized a "rifa" to rebuild the "cantina" last week. The prize was a basket full of delicious foods, a gift for Mother's Day.
He had recognized her efforts and planned to buy a lot of numbers to win the prize.
His father got very angry when he asked him to buy some numbers. He called his son an idiot.
Geovana told Gustavo that the main reason for the promotion was to help the school and they would do that by buying the 30 numbers. She told him he was very nice and a good boy. And they prayed together: Lord, allow the school to finish the food court and a good mother to receive the basket!!
And guess what happened? They won the basket!!
