I am really eager when it comes to help others, even if i can't always i try my best and remain determined. Also in my freetime I teach 2 kids coding,one is 16 another one is 17 and so far they have accomplished great results.A picture that i think represents me is this pen since it represents creation and it also reminds me that words leave lasting marks .For me leadership means guiding others towards a shared goal while listening and learning from them.A good leader doesn't just give directions but supports the team and builds trust. Like William B. Our project is about a healthy mind in a healthy body and our target are students in grades 4-6.

We want the students to discover the connection between physical health and emotional balance through practical activities, guided discussions and reflection exercises.

I’m Luca and I am a motivated and open-minded person who loves learning and challenging myself. Some of my biggest passions are going to the gym, psychology, technology, and cars — each of these helps me understand more about discipline, human behavior, innovation, and focus. One of my main strengths is the ability to connect with people and understand their perspective, something that I believe is essential for any leader. 

An experience that deeply influenced me was an Erasmus project I took part in France. It helped me realize how crucial communication is for a leader — it’s not only about speaking clearly, but about truly listening and making sure people understand your vision.
