         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><strong>What suppressed wants, needs, and even memories force their way through symbolically in hallucinations for Macbeth?  </strong>Macbeth's fiery desire to be king forces its way through in the hallucinations, along with his greedy desire to be the best no matter what. </li><li><strong>What unconscious desires come through Lady Macbeth's behavior? </strong>Lady Macbeth's unconscious desire to get rid of the guilt she feels for killing Duncan comes through her emotionless behavior and sleepwalking tendencies. She senselessly scrubs  imaginary blood off of her hands and speaks uncensored words. Her desire for a child also comes through her enactment of her crimes. </li></ol>]]></description>
