Reflection: I thought this book hold my attention because I thought a lot person when they graduate, they would not keep connect with their teachers.However,I saw this book title is《師生有情—50封真摯動人的師生書信》.I thought very very astonish as this book has show still have some person keep the connect with their teachers.Consequently,I borrowed this book and I thought it have some interest things such as some students feel sorry of the have behaved naughtily towards teachers in the past.

Evaluation: At first, I was never like to read books because I never find a book that I like or interesting. Just then I saw this book which is a comic book that caught my interest. When I watch it, inside it actually not only comic, it actually talks about science and this one is about dinosaurs. It use famous cartoon characters to make this book and it makes me loves to watch it. When I watch this I feel relax and happy and at the same time I learn about dinosaurs too.

文言文是一樣升到中學需要學的文體之一。這本書就根據中學中文科的課程，選取了28篇文言文，其中有小部份的文章我都耳熟能詳，但不是太知道這些文言文的意思。

這本書有介紹了那28篇文章的作者背景、譯文、評語、在文言文中某些字的白話文意思等。其中，作者背景是比在教科書更詳盡，令我更知悉作者的生平背景。另外，譯文和白話文意思就令我可以學習一下文言文的字詞白話文的分別，例如原來「煙花三月下揚州」的煙花是解豔麗的春景，因此這本書亦很有趣，令我大開眼界，輕鬆地學習文言文。

Answer:在這本書，我看了很多頁，主要的是說康熙十二年（一六七四年）吳三桂起兵抗清。這個事情是說一位叛兵叫吳三桂，他不想再被別人管治，想交集一些也想叛變的人一起反抗清朝的皇帝。在叛亂開始不久之後，內蒙古的察哈爾族也打算在忙著對抗三藩叛軍（吳三桂率領的軍團）的時候，也開始起兵反抗，也想去爭奪王位。在他們打的不可開交的時候，耶穌會的教士南仁製作出了大砲來幫助清朝皇上。之後，清軍開始全力反擊，再加上吳三桂突然離世，福建和廣東也相繼投降。最後，延續八年的三藩之亂終於平定。清朝在康熙的領導之下，終於統一了全中國。

Answer: I found this book’s cover very interesting and i started to read this book. This book is about a football legend call Cristiano Ronaldo. I think in the future, this person will be a very talented and skilled football player and will play in different international competitions and win many prizes. This is because the first few chapters mentioned his life as a kid in a poor community. He wanted to play football but he couldn’t buy one so he and his friends use plastic botttles or or rocks as football. He was even the best of the best in the community nearby.

Answer: This book is very interesting, it talks about a dog (Chipper) being able to understand human language and reply to them by text to speech on a mobile phone. He could do that because The institute (a government organisation) took the dog away from its owner and tested on Chipper and he escape to another owner (Jeff). Now, they are escaping from the institute. Now, I think that we know from story book title already what they will to, but I predict that Jeff and Chipper wouldn’t just have to run, I think they will need to hide, evade, move from place to place, or even move to another country!

When I first saw this book in the library, I thought it will be a boring book to read but when I keep reading it, I was interested in it. This book is about a well-known football star Lionel Messi. He is now playing foot ball at Argentina fc. In the future, I think he will keep serving for his team and help them to win the World Cup again. It is because he has won a lot of awards for different teams including the World Cup. Also, in his early days, the book mentioned that it was very difficult for him. One time when he tried to block a clearance, he fell down and broke his leg. Although he is hurt, he did not gave up on football and had a great success in the future.

Evaluation: This is the book I have been looking for, a funny book that could affect our learning, it makes us want to read this book just based on the title, it starts with a little diary of a microorganism during the 15 billion BC and it continues with a little bit of fun history around the world every chapter. Sometimes it makes me laugh too! On the back of the book, it’s makes jokes about some historical moments and it really made me want to read this book!

In this book of the series,Greg’s dad,Frank Heffley, actually thinks he can get his son to toughen up, so he enlists Greg in organized sports and other ‘mainly’ endeavors.Of course,Greg is able to luckily sidestep his father’s efforts of changing him. But when Gregg’s dad threatens to send him to a military Academy, Greg realizes he has to shape up…or get shipped out.And my answer to the question is I would want to have Greg as my friend in real life, because he is just very hilarious. He just has a wacky life,weather in school or in home. and I think that he is kind because he sometimes invites people at his house to play video games. He also sucks at math, just like me, and he is a bit lazy. But overall from what I see in this book, I think that he is a good person and deserves a chance to be anyone’s friend. I would recommend you to watch this book as it is interesting and entertaining. it’s just a big hit with reluctant readers looking for a funny book.

I read about after Adolf Hitler became the leader of the Nazi Party,he lead the military troops to a ww1 military free zone,and took over Australia and parts of Czechoslovak 2 years later,while Italy takes the nazi’s idea and also expands its power in a ww1 military free zone and Japan invades China.British and France were forced to re-equip their armed force for safety while the US weren’t related in the war.Just a year later,all the participated country started preparing for the worst and set up precautions.Even though France and Britain teamed up to try and defeat the Nazi Party,the Nazi Party was too strong and overpowered France and the Low Countries.Even though in the wetsern Europe the Germans had fewer tanks and troops than the conbined force of Britain,France and Belgium,the Germans had air advantage and used it to achieve triumph in June 1940.

Hello everyone, my name is Toby. Today I am going to share a book named ‘The Science of Cooking’. It is about how to cook food and some fascinating facts about the food. I found a pretty interesting part in this book. It’s about the doneness of steaks. It says that when the centre of the steak is about or below 54 degree Celsius, it’s probably undercooked. But when it’s over 74 degree Celsius, it’s considered as an overcooked steak. I would probably prefer medium or medium-rare steak because it’s perfectly cooked, like not burnt or not too raw. Nevertheless, everyone has their ‘perfect steak’. They may like well-done steak or rare steak. I like this part because this part taught me how to order steak in restaurants and let me know more about steaks. In conclusion, this book taught me many thing that I haven’t learnt from school. This is a great book of cooking and learning about the science behind cooking.

I very like the ending of the book , it is because in the end of the book, the bad guys changed to good and they fight to the final boss with the main character , although they didn’t win at first, their leader encouraged them and make them more strong and brave . At last, they show teamwork very well and kill the boss successfully. I won’t change the end because it was really exciting and encouraging, and show us what is teamwork, they’re the reasons why I like this book .

I was very interested in time since I was little. I always think and ask questions about time. Therefore, when I saw it, I felt very interested and excited to read it.

Although the book provides knowledge that I knew, I still learnt many things, such as where does the week’s name come from, different kinds of clocks, time period etc. I also learnt time phrases and clock history.

In conclusion, I really recommend reading this book because it is very informative and interesting for people who are interested in time.

Explanation:This book is about light’s reflection and refraction.This can teach about those like why when you when to drink Sprite you put a straw in to the cup you will see the straw will looks like it is broken but it isn’t, it’s because of the light’s refraction, it makes it looks like it is broken but is not broken. Reflection is like when you use a mirror under the sun it will reflect the light back.

I have learnt many things about sharks from this book. For example, I have learnt fun facts about sharks, how do sharks swim, how do sharks hunt and more! I could even learn about sharks’ teeth!

I found the part of ‘shark senses’ most interesting since the chapter told me sharks detect and track down prey by seeing prey, detecting their blood , sounds, or even vibrations from kilometres or hundred of metres away in the water!

In conclusion, I would really recommend this book if you want to know more about sharks because you will find it interesting and it provides knowledge. This is the end of I would like to share. Thank you for listening.

看完這本書後，原來經常在新聞都聽到政府飛行服務隊是非常驚險的。我發現這個對我比較陌生的政府飛行服務隊其實在默默地救回不少的生命，真令我對這個行業大開眼界。但是他們都是奮不救身地儘量地救起每一個人，令他們十分辛苦。

所以我認為大家都可以合作，來減輕政府飛行服務隊的負擔，包括行山要小心而且要量力而為等，令此服務留給有需要的人。

Reflection: Yes, I laughed so much during reading it. In this book, there is a bunch of phrases used to make us laugh, by using some unexpected outcomes when reading this book, it makes me laugh by a lot. And I felt sorry for the earth too while reading this book, it’s because before I used to think that the earth could live forever, but after treading this book, I know that the earth has their end one day but we don’t know, so I always think that every second is a rollercoaster for us because we could also be extinct when the earth reach the end.

The book is about World War two, the deadliest war of human history. It led to loss of more than 50 million lives. Adolf Hitler’s Nazi party came to power in Germany in 1933. Along with his allies, (Italy and Japan), named axis, conquered almost the whole Europe and southeast Asia.

After Hitler took control over Germany, Hitler started to kill Jews which led to the holocaust, which mainly held in 1941-1945 which killed about 6 million people.

In 1939, Italy invaded Poland with the help of the soviet Union and conquered the country within a month, which was called Blitzkrieg, and continued to attack Norway, Belgium, France and many countries that didn’t support the Axis.

Japan started to invade china starting from 1931 and invaded the whole southeast Asia including India, Indonesia, Singapore and more, and killed many civilians and did many war crimes.

Evaluation: if I had that chose, I would like to be friends with the main character (No Name), although at first, he might be a bit disrespectful to his father by not obeying his rules, but he is very brave and adventurous, willing to talk on anything in its path, no matter how disgusting, dirty or bad the thing he has to experience, he is will pass by it like it’s nothing. Even if the thing that terrifies the MC in a dead whale, he carried on like it was nothing.

The book is about thr history of the 20th Century,such as inventions,wars,politics and so on,I feel like if thr text was told in a millennium later,it would shock the kids during that period how hard life was fighting in war and how the internet was created and how much has changed since a millennium and how easy they have it.

i think that the theme is about the complex of sibling relationships,our main character greg having crazy dynamics of his family life. The book tells us the tension and competition between Greg and Rodrick. For example, Rodrick often teases Greg and takes advantage of their age, which makes Greg feeling frustrated.but greg somehow manages to deal with the ups and downs with his Annoying brother.and overall this book is hilarious and interesting,so i would reccomend you to read this book.

我認為這本書讓我感到有興趣和吸引到我的注意。這本書分為「潮讀水滸」、「潮讀孔子」和「24節氣神話」這三個部份。三個部份都有很多有趣的故事，還在一些內容添加了英文，讓我看得目不暇給。第一，在「潮讀水滸」這個部分，作者簡單講述了水滸傳，把一百回縮成十一回。而講述的內容例如是武松打虎、宋江的故事等等，我也簡單地了解到水滸傳的故事。第二，在「潮讀孔子」這個部分，作者講述了孔子的生平和他的一生。講述的內容例如是三十而立、四十而不惑、五十而知天命等，十分有趣。而且，我也了解到了孔子的生平。第三，在「24節氣神話」這個部分，作者講述了每個節氣的神話和由來，例如「夏至」就是唐代的情人節，這些都掀起了我的注意，也讓我明白到所有關於24節氣的故事。總括而然，我認為這本書的三個部分也讓我感到有興趣及吸引到我的注意。看過這本書後，真的讓我獲益良多呢！

This book has categories like taste and flavour, kitchen essentials and meat and poultry. First, there are a lot of tools in cooking, like measuring jug. It can help you to measure the volume of liquids like milk or water. The second part is about meat. It mention different parts of meat. Like chicken, it’s fat is midium and it’s protein is high. Also if breasts are firm and plump, it is in good quality. It also mentioned about fish, milk, and butter. Fish can be divided into seven parts. Eyes, gills fillets, steaks seales, tail fillet and tail. Lastly, there are two types of cheese which are soft cheese and hard cheese. Cheese is actually made of bacteria but it’s edible. Hello everyone, today I want to share a book with you, this book’s name is Trump: think like a billionaire. This book wrote about how to think like a billionaire. It says that everyone can be a billionaire, but you just need to work hard and think smart. I think this is a very good sentence. Today I read a few parts of this book. It taught me how to sell a house. He said that if we want to sell a house, we need to revisit the price since the real estate market price changes everyday. Also, we need to be patient. 我認為這本書最吸引我的原因在於那令人熱血沸騰的青春故事，這本書裏仔細描述高中生的籃球比賽和絕不放棄的精神，例如書中的櫻木花道，他即使受傷，也不想放棄比賽，即使可能會留下後遺症，也要堅持到底，最終成功贏得比賽，沒有留下遺憾，這點也深深吸引着我，總括而言，這本書會令人久久不能自拔，非常值得一看。

Firstly, stellar is a big group of cloud at first, then it gathers gas and dust and becoming a ball, at last it becomes bigger and hotter, becoming a stellar.

Secondly, a high mass stellar will attack other stellar and blow them into pieces! They will also keep absorbing gas. However, they will explode due to its gravity. Although the high mass stellar exploded, its core will keep shrinking and become a neutron star.

Lastly, if the high mass stellar has a mass that is higher than the Sun twenty times, when it explodes, it will become a black hole, crushing everything beside and inside it.

I think this topic is really good, it could give us new knowledge but I think the way to represent could be more informal. I also think that the topic could be provide more information about Astronomy scientists.

book.This book talks about old ancient Egypt. This books uses comic to let you learn things about ancient Egypt easily. the first thing I’ve learned is that human at that time lives next to the Nile valley.The second thing I’ve learned is that the desert have hided a lot of producible things,like stone for making tools and a lot of beasts,like for eating.Those are all important things in ancient Egypt.I’ve also learned that Nile valley’s periodic flooding gives a lot of fertile clay for them to farm.I think the comic is pretty funny and also make the people who watches it easier to learn things about Egypt. First, it tells us that we, humans are destroying out plants ourselves. We pollute things and makes to weather hotter, which will lead to many concerns, like the ice melting and sea level rising, making costal cities submerge into the sea. Another fact is that we need to be concerned about the hotter weather. In the future, the weather will be so hot we can’t even bear it.

One last fact is that after the ozone layer was broken, we then know to save things.

The topic of this book is really interesting as you might no understand it at first. You may ask how places can magically disappear?

This topic also makes us be aware of the destruction of the nature we are causing and teach us to save things.

大家好，我叫做黃榕滿。我今日想介紹嘅呢一本書叫灌籃高手，作者係井上雄彥。我覺得這一本書十分連繫到我的日常生活，因為櫻木花道，流川楓他們在和豐玉高中打籃球比賽時，雖然一開始遇到一些不順利，例如畀人搶斷或阻攻。但他們依然沒有放棄。繃緊每一條神經，盡力去打好呢一場比賽。最後佢哋險勝幾分，取得勝利。這件事告訴我們，只要嗰件事嘅限期未到最後一秒，我哋都唔可以放棄做嗰件事。另外，這次嘅比賽，令我回想起不久之前的班際籃球比賽。我哋同流川楓佢哋一樣，都遇到好多阻滯。我哋都冇放棄到，可以最後成功取到勝利。呢件事亦都話畀我哋聽，無論係乜嘢嘅團隊合作比賽，只有大家互相支持，共同奮鬥，先有機會取得成功。但如果你一啲都唔堅持或者冇恆心，咁你就一定取唔到勝利或者成功。以上就係我嘅分享，多謝。

Fact 2:He wanted to get into a school/university to teach science but was rejected due to his language failure.But he ended up learning about a school that had no language barriers and had more sufficient science facilities

Fact 3:When working on his E=mc² equation,even though he was opposed my many of the theories back then,he trusted himself,and solved the equation and won a nobel price and set the new standards of relativity and space.

Opinion:I think the school system really sucks when even a genius hated it.The school just makes you memorize everything and anything without allowing curiosity amongst students to Fact check it,if Albert just followed through,our technology would not have been so advanced today.And also,sometimes you just need encouragement and faith in yourself,don't follow through everything,even genius like Issac Newton makes mistakes,even if you are discouraged,you should never give up,just like Albert Einstein,never give up and never trust everything,even if it's acknowledged.

Answer: 我在這本書裡了解到二十一個不同職業的人在自己的崗位上奮鬥，但都是為了收護病人。我不禁感嘆這些人真是我們的榜樣。雖然有些人只是一些在背後默默付出不求名利。但他們也為病人付出了自己的責任。在這本書裡，寫了這二十一個醫護人員為病人做的事。同時，這本書也記載了其他在背後默默付出的工作人員，如：清潔員群姐，醫院保安員的李福成，醫院廚師的顏志遠，他們都是醫院裡不可或缺的一部分。

最後，這本書裡也講述了這二十一個醫護人員背後的故事，令我最深刻的便是廢物管理員-鄧先生。在新冠疫情下，醫療用品和衣物很容易被病毒感染，但廢物管理員需要首當其衝冒著風險去管理拉圾。他一開始並不是廢物管理員，他開始是負責打掃樓梯間，後來被新人頂替後，又被分到大樓內部打蠟去漬，最後被分到去管理廢物，一做就是十年。即使職位變化了幾次，從一開始的打掃樓梯間，後又被分配到風險更大的廢物管理員，但他並沒有因此而抱怨，反而就這樣子過了十年。我非常佩服他。二十一位醫護人員，在自己的崗位上無論風雨，疾病，家庭，都準時出現在自己的崗位上奮鬥，這難道不值得我們敬佩嗎？

This book talks about one of the most popular sporting competition ever, which is the World Cup (Football). This book hops on topics of famous footballers, the ways people won the competition etc.

You may ask “how does this book have any connection with my/your life?” Well, this book also talks about situations footballers had to face and the unfairness of the competition, due to cheating, money launder , and corruption. This really reflects the society of our life we live in, as “life isn’t fair” quoted by William Goldman. We could change the end result by hard work, just like Pele did in the book. He had to face ruthless opponents and richer countries with better materials, yet still won the World Cup 3 times!

Explanation: The book explains what is stress, what stress can do to your body and how to deal with stress. The connection I think I can make is that I can relate alot to this book. That is is because I feel stress sometimes, and the reason for it is exactly like what it said on the book. Like an upcoming exam, a presentation or a challenging homework due tomorrow. The book also explains how to deal and cope with stress, there are some methods that I'm already using before reading this book, and there are also some other ways that I learnt from reading this book that is very effective. In conclusion, "What connections can you make between your life and the book? Explain." I can relate to this book, and it teaches me methods to deal with things in my life, so it connects between my life and the book.

首先，我認為這本書的故事與我們現實十分相似，因為在我們日常生活中有很多青少年沉迷上網，並可能導致很多嚴重的後果，例如在網上遊戲中用金錢來買一些裝備，十分浪費金錢。另外，當父母阻止他們遊戲時，可能會破壞家庭關係。

接着，上網也可能令他們患上一些不良的思想，例如：色情、賭博……。另外，在網上交朋友時，他們可能會認識一些朋友勸喻他們做一些壞事，例如：吸煙、吸毒等等。

因此我認為這本書與我們日常生活中十分相似，也教導我們不能沉迷上網，否則有嚴重的後果。

作為一個氣象迷，這本書都增長了我不少的知識。例如風暴遇上呂宋會轉彎是因為熱帶氣旋靠近呂宋時，會與呂宋的山脈產生互動；原來香港曾經有綠色暴雨警告，是預料本港未來12小時內會有顯著雨量；冰雹為什麼形成等等。我覺得這本書可以增進我對氣象方面的知識，對香港風暴預警系統、熱帶氣旋的過程有更深入的了解。而且未來的氣象變化將會更劇烈，豐富對氣象的知識，才可以更好地和天氣相處。

First: God isn’t the the person who created the universe, it’s because everything has an explanation, for example the “law of nature” and  Stephen Hawking believes in science and he thinks others can say that God has created those rules, but It doesn’t have scientific evidence to prove that the universe was created, so the universe was created from nothingness.

Second: We can and cannot predict the future.

It’s because from the classical view proposed by Laplace believes that as long as we can know the position and speed of the particle at a certain moment, then their future motion state can be completely determined. But why we cannot predict the future? It’s because although the “law of nature” let’s us to predict the future, but in reality, the amount of work is way too much and before we can predict—it has already done its action.

Third: Can we time travel? the answer is “No”.

Stephen Hawking said that Albert Einstein proved that if we can get a spaceship that flies faster than the speed of light, we may have a chance to time travel, but if we want to do that we need to have unlimited of power to push the speed up to the speed of light—or even faster. And Albert Einstein written a passage in 1905 saying that it’s not possible for you to time travel, because when we want to travel to the closest star, it’ll take approximately 8 years for a back-and-forth travel. If we want to travel to the centre of Milky Way and go back, it’ll take about 5 hundred thousand years. If we time travel and go back, you should be dead and the people you know will die too—or even forgotten because it’s has been a long time.

To sum up, after I read this book, I found 3 different facts, being “God didn’t create the  universe”, “We can and cannot predict the future” and “we can’t time travel”.

For example in the book, it shows me the people in some environments, the people always want the benefit of themselves on the first. It shows me the human nature.

In this book , I learned that the people is not believable. So after I read this book, I decided to believe myself more than to others people

西瓜名字的由來、咖啡粉內可能混有蟑螂、太空人在太空站不能用鉛筆等稀奇古怪的冷知識，令我哭笑不得，同時獲益良多。

在這本書中，我學習了很多不同的氣象秘密。這本書的作者——天氣風險管理開發公司提到氣象科學與人們的生活息息相關，例如是雲的形狀、何時下雨都與我們的生活談上了關係。第二，他們指出氣象科學有六個要點，包括：日常生活中的天氣現象、與四季有關旳天氣現象等，都是氣象科學的一些例子。第三，他還提出了我們應該要愛護我們的世界，不應該製造一些問題，例如是排放很多的溫室氣體等，都會嚴重影響地球的生態。而談到我的意見，我認為這本書不但令我明白到這麼多的氣象秘密，還讓我領悟到生活中那些關於氣象的問題究竟是什麼原因，這真是令我獲益良多、學到不少！而且，我認為我們真的要好好學習如何愛護地球，提醒家人和朋友們要減少空氣污染及全球暖化等人為災害，為地球出一分力！

Good morning everyone. Today I want to talk about the book “World War II”. It’s about the history of World War II. In this book, I’ve learnt that the world divided into 3 main political camps: democratic nations, fascist nations and communist nations. Also, I have learnt that Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Party came to power in Germany and began to build up the country’s military strength in 1933. Last but not least, the WWII ended in 1945 when Japan surrendered. Here is 2 opinions about this book: the book is interesting and it provides many photos of WWII and it used easy words to explain the WWII and I’ve learnt a lot in this book. 在這個故事中，阿米爾和他的僕人—哈山感情很好，但一次的風箏大賽令阿米爾背叛了哈山。哈山便因此離開，並跟隨他的父親投靠表親，他們從此便走上了不同的人生路。如果阿米爾沒有背叛哈山，哈山就不會離開阿米爾，長大後也不會被人突然闖入家裏槍弊而死。

在這本書中，我學會了做人不要太自私。因為如果阿米爾沒有背叛哈山，沒有侮辱他，沒有經常因為自己的不順而對哈山發脾氣的話，阿米爾也不必在哈山死後才後悔。總括而言，我在這本書中明白了不要太自私。

在這本書裏，我學到了其中三種不同的東西：

第一，關於海平面上升的原因，造成海平面上升有大約三種不同的原因。第一個是當兩極冰塊溶解時，全球氣溫上升，冰山的溶化速度加快，而冰盛水後並會引致到海平面上升。第二是當風把海水吹至岸邊時如果風有海面吹向陸地，有機會再狹窄的海灣的海水進入後都無法流出，引致海平面上升。第三個原因就是風有海面吹向陸地，有機會再狹窄的海灣的海水進入後都無法流出，引致海平面上升。第三個原因就是氣壓下降，氣壓下降也是會令到海平面上升的。

我在這本書學到的第二個東西就是關於放冷氣機的位置，書本說到當空氣受熱的時候密度會減少，令到四周的空氣較為輕，空氣便會上升相反變下沉所以暖爐應該放在室內比較低的位置，而冷氣機應安裝在室內比較高的地方，為了讓暖空氣上升，冷空氣下降，得以室內循環。

我在書本中學到的第三個東西是積雲，如果在晴天的時候飛過一兩個雲，突然間下雨起來，是為什麼呢？原來是因為當地面受熱的時候空氣會上升，並被形成雲朵如果空氣源源不絕定向上升，會發展成為一個塔狀，稱為「塔狀積雲」，這些可能會帶來一些驟雨。天文台有時也會提及到「局部地區性驟雨」，即我們所稱的「過雲雨」。

我認為這本書講解一些日常的氣象知識交帶得比較清楚，但是可以利用更多的圖畫去插入，令讀者可以更加清楚去明白作者想說什麼，文章亦都可以更加詳細，吸引更多的讀者去閱讀。

From this book, I learnt about what is GHB and what it causes. It can cause vomitting, violent outbursts, hallucinations, unconsciousness, seizures or coma. It was banned by FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) in the early 1990s. I also learnt about how to avoid being drugged. We can find out there is drug or not in the drinks by using a drink detective kit to find out if there is drugs or not.

當n趨向無限♾️，答案就越接近e。那這個e有什麼用呢？這個e可以用來計算復利息，當我們在計算存錢的的利息時，其實已經牽涉到e了。

你曾有想過，世界上第一間衣服是怎麼出現的呢？大概在公元前一萬年，人們一直忍受着寒風的刺骨，之後他們看見了動物身上有一層毛保暖，就突然靈機一動，把他們的皮和毛「脫下」，再經過加工，製成一件衣服。

你知道什麼是「槓桿」嗎？他是一種簡單的發明，但也是人類的發明中最具有代表性的發明創造。只需用一隻手，就可以使出幾十個人的力量。很神奇嗎？但這樣物件早早就被幾千年前的阿基米德發明出來了。可見人類的智慧是多麼的強大啊。

最後，我想再問你一個問題：你知道世上第一間房子是怎麼建成的嗎？古時候，人類為了遮風擋雨，住進了山洞。但是之後他們發現原來住在山洞的不只他們，還有巨熊。而且光線也無法照進裏面。於是，他們着手用泥土建造了第一間房子。他們用泥土和水混合一起，並烘乾，在弄成牆壁，最後再用稻草當作屋頂。到了之後，開始有了木製的房子，在過了幾百年後，更出現了石磚制的房子。再過了一千年，就是我們現在的水泥房。

今天看起來簡單至極的東西，最初卻是最不容易被發明的。我們要佩服古代人類的極大智慧，也要敬佩他們的不息精神。這就是我今天想講的東西，謝謝觀看。

首先，这本书介绍了关于传染病的计算方法。给予读者们很清晰，形象的图片去统计数字和疾病。同时也有关于传染病的量度方法。使我更加了解如何计算如：传染病发病率、患病率和死亡率 。

第二，这本书我最喜欢的资料之一是对付蚊子的办法。你可能不知道，我从小就很容易被蚊子叮咬，所以我非常高兴我能读到这本书。蚊子，一种靠人类生存的昆虫，从另一个角度看，其实它也是受疟疾寄生虫感染的受害者。对付它们，往往只需在睡觉时设蚊帐，在蚊帐上加杀蚊剂，效果便会非常明显。一个非常好的办法。

最后，我想说一下「不准捐血」事件，这本书的作者被禁捐血多年。他从十六岁起每年至少都有去过一起捐血站。但从上世纪九十年代起，他便不可以捐血了。原因是一种香港人颇为陌生的疾病疯牛症有关。人类不会感染疯牛症，但会患上同病例类别的克雅二氏症。由于上个世纪八十九十年代英国爆发疯牛症疫情，所以香港红十字会根据国际惯例，禁止1980年至1996年在英国居住过三个月或以上者捐血，因此作者被逐出捐血站门外。

So here are 3 interesting facts I learnt from the book.

Number 1:During the late medieval times,Christianity was the dominant power in Europe,Kings had to bow in front of popes just so that his kingdom doesn't get overthrown by Christians.

And there was even an empire set up that's almost completely Christian—the Holy Roman Empire,and popes became emperor while laws were changed to suit Christian's believes such as forbidding meat on Fridays.

Number two:The black death virus wiped out one third of the population of Europe,its crazy how a virus that only lasted 4 years did that,and the one responsible?The jews.Not really but christians saw them as greedy and pathetic people who ran around guessing people's luck and made a ton of money,they thought they had something to do with the black death and that it was just a random thing they pulled out of their sleeves when trying to find more ways to make money.

Number 3:During the late 14th to 17th century,Portugual and Spain basically splitted the planet into their empire via the Treaty of Tordesillas,half the world were spanish colonies while the others were Portuguese colonies.It's crazy how the world would have been speaking Portuguese and Spanish,but luckily or not,Britain discovered this broken exploit and used it to its fullest before the developers patched it and now we all speak English(almost)

I think this book makes some connections with me as it also explains the relationship between me and my sister. The dynamics between family members are interesting and complicated, I also learned of how to resolve conflicts ls between my family peacefully.Respect each others with different perspectives.Overall this book literally kind of explains my life, it's perfect for reluctant readers like me as it's storey is pretty straightforward, but it also has unexpected twists and turns.The storey's plot and course is hilarious and interesting, so I will recommend this good book to you.

From this book , I have learned how to use i . I know that i can use in different formula.

Also I have learned that how to solve a difficult math problem with using i . I find some older countries would use pictures or stripes to representative numbers.

From now on , I will study my subjects well.

To improve my own knowledge!

From the book, I learned that the yellow turban army was led by Zhang Jue. The society was corrupted at that times and the locals didn’t have a good life. Zhang Ju gave them magical water that could heal the sickness of people, after many people followed Zhang Ju’s lead and participated in his yellow turban army, which has roughly 40,000 people. I feel astonished when I read the number of people that followed Zhang Jue.

The second fact is that although the army of the government was weak, different warlords from all across the country helped the government fight the yellow turban army and eventually eliminated the yellow turban army, but this lead to the warlords gaining more power in their respective regions, leading to a civil war.

I’ve also learned the story of Dong Zhou. He captured a young emperor and after successfully attacking the capital at the at time. He was also very greedy and took all the valuables with him after the enemy’s army entered the capital. He changed his capital location to Chang A but when the enemy captured he capital once again, he asked one of his army generals for help, but instead the general Lü Bu betrayed Dong Zhou and killed him. I think Dong

Zhou getting killed was well deserved, because he was cruel and greedy, not caring for others.

在這本書中，我便明白做事只要問心無愧，便不會遭到報應。就好像這本書中的阿文所說:「做我們這行的，但求盡力便對得起自己的良心。我們不是為生的人工作，而是為逝者辦陰間的儀式。師傅怎樣教，我便怎樣做，從來也不會虎頭蛇尾。我的宗旨是陽間人滿意，陰間去極樂世界的也自在，盡我最大的責任，這樣便愧於心。」

Greg and I are very similar, both of us are people that are very lazy and just wanted to stay at home watching television. However, Greg’s dad is trying to make some change in his son, this makes me think, Greg is changing himself too, then is it the time that I should change too? I have understood that everyone has to change themselves in the future from this book, it is just the matter of time. This book is very hilarious and interesting about Greg trying to avoid changing and accepting it, so I will recommend this book.

在這本書中，我學習到50種改變了歷史的動物及其特色。這本書的作者——艾力克·查林指出指出動物與我們的生活息息相關，在這個過程中，所有生物都改變他們的形態。本來應該遭到獵捕的對象，好像狗，也隨之成為了受到人類悉心照顧及保護的家禽家畜。第二，在人類經過石器時代時，動物已經成為了人類的日常用品。如染料骨螺，把色彩帶進我們生活的染料。又如蠶絲，把更好的物質材料帶給我們。第三，在經過農業與貿易時，各種各樣的動物以不同的形式，改變了人類文化和歷史。像是獅子、眼鏡蛇、糞金龜等，都用作宗教或是政治上的象徵符號。也像是蠅、禽龍、達爾文雀等，則幫助我們拓展知識，更進一步地了解自然世界的演化過程。而我就認為這些動物不但能令我們的生活素質變得更好，還令我們可以更方便地做事。如果沒有豬，我們便不能吃豬肉；如果沒有馬，我們便不能看騎馬賽事；如果沒有狗，盲人便不能輕易行走⋯⋯而且，我也認為這本書令我們反思生活。究竟我們要不要保護動物呢？究竟我們要不要愛護環境呢？究竟我們要不要學習這些動物截然不同的特色呢？這些問題都值得我們深深的沉思，帶來了更大的問題。

還有關於長安的故事，也寫出了很多名人，例如李白和杜甫的生平。我印象最深刻的就是第一位女帝武則天，在那個重男輕女的時代中，她證明了女生也是很厲害的，也是可以管理國家。這讓我十分佩服。我認為這本書非常值得我們去看一看。

< 光究竟是波動？ 或是粒子？>

在這篇篇章裏，這本書顯示了兩幅圖分別是將光視為波動時的示意圖和將光視為粒子集合體時的示意圖。 在愛因斯坦發表光亮子假說的那個時代，大多數物理學家都認為光涉波動而愛因斯坦自己似乎也一生都在苦思光的神奇特性。這個問題在 1803年楊格 實驗光的波動理論重新獲得承認，終於得到解答，現在科學家普遍認為光具有波動和粒子的性質。

<一個電子可以共存於箱子的左右兩邊>

狀態的共存是指就算只有一個電子電子等微觀物質及光也可以同時具有好幾種狀態。假設我們找一個木箱，然後把一個球放進去再把隔板 放在木箱的中間，這樣在量子論的角度，電子在打開蓋子前同事存在於左右兩邊。也屬於狀態的疊加。

< 半死半活的貓存在嗎？>

在這個篇章裏介紹了薛丁格的貓，這個實驗是透過探測器只要偵測到放射性礦石發出的放射線就會啟動錘子敲破有毒氣的瓶子將貓毒死。根據這些解釋，在觀察者打開窗口觀察木箱內部以前貓是生是死也是不確定的。

在這本書裏，雖然有很多原理我 還是看不懂的，雖然如此，我還是學到了很多關於 量子論的知識。

其中第二章的「颮線vs超級單體」最令我感到有興趣：造成強烈雨區的「元兇」主要分為兩個。第一是颮線。它因為移動迅速及其窄長的形態，影響一個地方的時間一般較短，惟影響期間可以在一瞬間帶來可觀雨量，且令風勢急劇增強，造成不少破壞。第二是超級單體。超級單體具相當組織，且可持續數小時之久，教一般單體或多體雨區長壽。它除了能帶來強烈狂風雷暴外，有時更會帶來冰雹。

在這段內容中，我明白到了什麼是颮線和超級單體，也知道他們兩者對地區的影響有多大以及分別。這本書也為我帶來了一些曾經不知道的知識。

The second I would introduce is from page 104 number 227: Rome was not built in one day. This sentence means that not everything could be done in one day. We shouldn't give up if the progress is slow. We should continue to do what we want and shouldn't stop. If we don't give up, we can make something great. The third and last saying i would introduce is from page 102 number 223: Nothing is difficult to a man who wills. It means if you try your best to do something, it will most likely succeed, and it wont be difficult to. It teaches us to try our best on everything and we might get a good result. I agree with this saying, as we dont do our best when we do stuff. we might be able to change the ending to a good one if we focus and try our best.

So here are 3 fun facts that I learnt:

No.1 Hours before the collapse of the Berlin wall,the person in charge for the announcement announced the date wrongly,instead of immediately,it was suppose to be the day after the announcement,and there would still be certain restrictions.But as we all know that the wall was literally destroyed.

No.2 The fall of the wall also marked the beginning of the end,as historians would call it,not long after the fall of the Berlin wall,Germany was reunited,many ussr states declared independence and other soviet controlled puppet countries like Poland and Czechoslovakia held elections for the first time since pre ww2(excluding those controlled elections during the communist era)

No.3 Even though the guards were ordered to still kill anyone that attempts to cross into West Berlin,they were absolutely overwhelmed by the crowd and didn't know what to do.And stood there to watch everything that's happening,even while Erich Honecker(former German Democratic Republic chairman) angrily threatens.

First, I learnt that ancient greek doctors in Athens notice that people who have recovered from the plague did not catch it again! It was the first discovery of immunisation. Second, in 1880s, Louis Pasteur discovered that vaccination helped people against rabies, which is a huge and important discovery. Last but not least, in 1918, Spanish flu killed 50-100 million people worldwide. Blood from recovered patients helped some sick people recover, which was very lucky. Overall, I've learnt alot about vaccination's history, this book is really interesting, it makes science and history which are usually boring into something that caught my attention and made me spend time reading it, I also really appreciate the amazing art in the book which is illustrated by David Antram. My opinion on this topic is that it made me learn about history and also our immune system. Pretty neat!

第一樣事實是，這本書介紹了聯邦局的創立原因及日期，而是美國最早建立的現代大型情報警務機構，擁有世界上最先進的犯罪精破技術實驗室。第二樣是這本書亦介紹了因聯邦局不同的事蹟而電影公司創辦了相關的電影，介紹了我們不同的種類多數是驚慄片，新動地描繪當年發生的真人真事。第三樣東西是這本書真真正正地教導了我們戰爭只會讓人類帶來悲痛及傷害，而真正獲得權力和金錢的秘訣是理解和平及包容。

It is a kind of scary story, When first time I watched it , I most want to threw it away but after I watched the hole book , I find out it is scary but more is about the outlook of life and friendships. The most important thing is this story has three ending. One bad ending and two good ending.It is the most thing surprising me.

《科學實驗王電流與磁力》是一本有趣的科學漫畫，透過生動的故事和實驗，讓我學到了許多電與磁的知識。書中第一個重點是「電流產生磁場」，例如通電的導線會讓指南針偏轉，這讓我理解了電磁鐵的原理。第二個重點是「電磁感應」，像是搖動磁鐵可以產生電流，這解釋了發電機的運作方式。第三個重點是「動手做實驗」，書中教我們用簡單材料製作馬達，讓我實際驗證科學理論。這本書不僅讓我輕鬆學會物理知識，更激發了我對科學的興趣！

在這本書中，我學習到中國歷史各式各樣的文化與未解之謎。這本書的作者——王雷指出中華文明對人類歷史的貢獻十分偉大，但這個文明的形成和發展卻是很不簡單，是透過中華民族用五千年流下來的血淚與汗水而成的。第二，中國作為人類四大文明古國之一，中華文明一定是人類文明發源地之一。儘管西方人類學家認為人類的共同祖先都發源於非洲，但是，有不少學者提出，中國有可能是人類起源的搖籃之一。第三，中華文明極具趣味性和知識性，其不但涵蓋了大量歷史、考古、天文等範疇的知識，而且為我們提供了成千上萬的秘密。但是，很多的歷史仍然有待發掘，地動儀是怎樣的？秦始皇的陵墓在哪裏？這些問題都要人類在未來才能找出答案。而談到我的意見，我認為這本書不但能夠令一些不懂歷史的人學習到從前奇妙的中國，還能引起我們的思考。這些中國歷史未解之謎難道一定怎麼都找不出來嗎？每一件歷史事蹟都是真的嗎？為什麼中國古代有這麼有趣的事蹟發生？這些問題都深深的引起了我們沉思。第二，我也認為中國歷史真的蘊藏了很多未解之謎。在信史時期前，人類都只是靠人傳人的方式來記錄歷史事件。夏朝真的存在嗎？三皇五帝是存在的嗎？我們應該好好的尊重中國歷史長河中發生的每件事，把這些事蹟介紹給我們的下一代。

第一個方法，如果你每次做事情時都無法踏出第一步。不如，先試著用十秒就能做的事情開始。舉例來說，如果你想開始晨跑卻無法行動，試著思考什麼事只要十秒鐘。像換上運動鞋，換上運動服等等。接著想，「我都準備好了，不如先試試看？」我認為這個方法非常實用。

第二，試著在相同地點做相同的事情，如：在自修室温書，在運動場上做運動。在相同地點做相同的事情，可以逐漸讓大腦形成「只要去自修室寫功課的專心程度便可大大提升」的既定形象。接著只要不斷重複，就可以強化這個思想。

第三，很多人都有「想先確定、決定好再行動」，「想要好好建立計劃以免失敗」等心態。當然，不好好計劃是很難做出來。但是不如先明白重「量」在重「質」的順序。重點在於增加行動量，接著再提升行動品質。這樣就可以完美解決你的拖延症了。

First of all, have you ever wondered how and when did people in the past invented noodles? Nowadays, noodles appears all around the world. But in 2000 BC, it’s only appeared in Asia. Archaeologists in China found a bowl with something in it. Scientist after discovering that the long thing in the bowl was actually noodles made out of wheat and water and was created in 2000 BC. After a few hundred years, noodles has spread all around the globe and became the most famous food in the world. Isn’t it interesting?

Secondly, do you know where is the origin of ‘burgers’ ? There are lots of different answers of this question, but the theory that most people agreed with, is that burgers was invented in somewhere in the United States in about the end of the 19th century. In the 1880s, the US was being in an industrial era, that the population increased exponentially. And the people were mostly worked in factories and only had a small time for eating. Someone then found out they can just put a slice of shredded beef inside two buns and they could eat it really fast and it saves time. So the burgers starts spreading in the world, and it has many kinds of burgers now, such as cheeseburgers, chicken burgers and even wagyu beef burgers. It has changed the world so much that most of the humans have eaten it before. Cool right?

Last but not least, do you know that a food that you are eating everyday is actually invented in about 30000 BC? That’s bread. In the Stone Ages, humans only eat meats because they could not eat any plants since the toxins and the skin of the plants kills you. So, people learnt about ‘food processing’. They tried to remove the hard skin of the wheats, added water and bake it with fire, and they accidentally invented the most famous food in the world — breads. Nowadays, breads appeared in everywhere. They can turn into sandwiches, burgers, toasts, etc. People almost eat them everyday!

大多數人都會認為跟「不二價店」沒什麼好討價還價的。之後就會產生一種因果關係。

1. 他們都以為「不二價店」不能討價還價

2. 所以他們不會在「不二價店」討價還價

3. 結果，他們都沒有能力跟「不二價店」討價還價證明他們一開始的想法就是對的。

這些就是典型例子。

那樣我們怎麼擺脫這些自證預言呢？

2.「 資訊，時間， power」

剛才我們說了「power」

這樣，資訊是什麼？

回到我們頭先舉的例子，當你在美國的「不二價店」中， 那個很煩的推銷員，能知道你什麼資訊？

首先一個人不會無所事事走到了冰箱區觀看冰箱， 而且，當你同推銷員交流的時候他又可以獲得你更多的資訊。 舉個例子。

你正在和推銷員對話。

「先生，你想選購冰箱嗎？」

「是的。」

「 請你看看我們這款冰箱，他是最新款的。」

「我想請問你們幾時可以出貨？」

「大概下午一點吧。」

「可以早點嗎？ 我們那些幾千美元的食物快要壞掉了！」

「冇問題！」

在這個對話中， 推銷員已經知道一個消息：你需要急切地購買一個冰箱去存放你的食物。

3. 時間

我們在頭先已經 無意中提及了時間這樣東西 但我們的時間是如何變少的？

作者便以他自己為例子，他有兩個小朋友，當他正在選購電器的時候，那兩個小朋友真的會那麼乖巧靜靜地等待父親完成購買呢？當然唔會啦，他們是在玩躲避藏，還是奔跑在電器店裏都是一個壞消息：我們的時間正在減少了。

這些內容就是這本書一部份的內容啦， 不只十分有趣，而且還能學到談判 和社交的技巧。

我 第一個學到的字是：魑

「魑」係中國古代傳說入面的山林妖怪，通常會和「魅」一齊出現，是用來容鬼怪或者邪惡的力量。這字單獨使用不多，在文學作品和成語裏常見。

我第二個學到的字是：孑

「孑」有兩個主要意思：第一個是指「孤單」或者「獨身；第二是指蚊仔幼蟲。「孑」帶出一種孤立或者殘缺感，在文學表達上比較有深度。

我第三個學到的字是 : 赑

「赑」字常見，但他出現在「赑屃」的詞，是指古代神話入面龍生九子之一，通常雕刻在石碑下面，代表穩重同埋承載力量。

看一看，閱讀字典是不是很有趣呢？

看完這本書，我發現原來能源也會耗盡，有點害怕未來不知什麼辦，不過我不會那麼自私，要讓我的子孫們承受我們的錯。所以我會照住這本書，有日常生活做起，源頭減廢，節能減碳愛地球」，換來更美麗的地球！
