         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>•	Always offer choice in the how a student completes an assignement but be clear with expectations (A student can present information in any way but needs to meet expectations - timelines, oral presentation, journal, art piece, collage, news report etc).<br>•	If class sizes permit, sit down and design the course together ( this works in my current class because it is a booklet based program)<br>•	Offer ongoing feedback, conferencing, assistance, check ins, communication<br>•&nbsp; Ensure that transition supports are in place so the students' are aware of their options and part of decision-making processes</div>]]></description>
