Their healthcare partners were phenomenal. They were able to provide regular and accurate reporting to their team daily. It was important to have those accurate figures.

PPE at the onset of pandemic was a challenge. They had a place that they regularly purchased PPE from, and when the pandemic started they had issues getting access.

Internal communication was on point.  Our daily calls and SITREPS (now weekly) were an effective way to communicate resource needs and availability, departmental employee and PPE status, and general COVID-19 information.
