You know how you love your bed at the end of a tiring day or just been away from it for a couple of days and look forward to that feeling of sinking into your mattress in own your space. Just you and your bed. Well guess what - YOU are my bed, or at least human personification of it. You just know that your bed is there waiting for you, no question asked. I could be dirty and disgusting, clean as a whistle, my bed would just there to take me in, no question asked. I wish I could compare you and our friendship to something more, maybe a beautiful star or something slightly more profound but lucky for you, I love my bed the most so that will have to do to make you understand that- Afra ji you are my comfort. I could list many more things common between you and my bed but then I would feel like its my bed’s birthday so lemme just focus on you for now[ insert laughter, That was my sad attempt at a joke unfortunately].

Many things in life have to align for people to be where they are supposed to be. I am just grateful that I ended up in your life and you in mine. Thank you for being a constant in my life. Time changes, cities change, we change but us, well that has been a constant and I am forever grateful to that. Thank you buddy. I love you and always hoping for more opportunities in the future to show you my love and gratitude. Thank you for always being so easy to talk to and at the same time, to joke around with. Here’s to hoping many more.
