I work in Clinical Research as Regulatory specialist with pharmaceuticals laboratories but at the same time I’m studying my degree in psychology at Universidad UNAD. In my free time I like to read books, practice running and make some gardening tasks during weekends.

Paragraph 2

Although I am from Bucaramanga, I’m currently living in Cajicá, Cundinamarca due to professional duties. I live with my husband and my three kitty cats in a big apartment. This apartment has three beds, three baths, hall TV, two parking lots and one garage.

Cajicá is a small town close to Bogotá, D.C. It’s a town located between Chía and Zipaquirá and they’re know as Sabana Norte location.

Cajita is a quiet town but it’s the great place to enjoy with family and friends.

Paragraph 3

My daily routine starts at 6:30 am every day, when I get up to initiate my activities.

I take my breakfast at 7:30 am and I usually eat scrambled eggs, toasts or bread and coffee

As I work in Home based modality, I don’t need to take transport or get at any office, so, after I take my breakfast I start my activities in my own office at home. I work during entire monrning and at 13:30pm I take my lunch.

My dishes are usually composed by salad, rice or potatoes and fish or vegan protein. I don’t eat meat or chicken.

I finish my work at 18.00pm and after thatI close my office at home and I go to practice running and complete my routine at the gym. 

During dinner we usually drink té and eat some toasts or salad cookies with cream cheese. Then, I enjoy time with my husband and reading some books. Once everything is finished I go to bed at 10:00pm

During weekends I run for almost 5 miles, I develop all my task related with university and I try to dedicated time to my family and my kitty cats. At the same time, I try to read books in English regularly and listen music as a way to practice and improve my English. Additionally, I take some independent classes and  classes at university as well.

Aunque por temas personales he tenido la posibilidad de estudiar fuera de Colombia y entender varios temas en relación al idioma inglés, considero de alta importancia el continuar aprendiendo día con día esta lengua, ya que las nuevas generaciones también hacen que el idioma tenga variables que son valiosas q indispensables de conocer.

En esta actividad, aunque he ingresado tardíamente a realizar las actividades, me han servido para recapitular temas previamente aprendidos y a su vez me han exigido ya que el no practicar constantemente, hace que muchas cosas se olviden.

Aunque he estado atenta a la revisión del foro y las participaciones de mis compañeros, obvie la participación en las actividades de interacción pero más por cruce de actividades de tipo laboral, y aunque no se deben poner trabas para aprender un idioma, si es necesario organizar mejor el tiempo para cumplir con todos los ejercicios y prácticas que dan el mejor nivel. Este es mi reto para la siguiente actividad.

Aprendí de esta tarea a organizar mejor los textos, a utilizar conectores que permitan generar hilos en la historia a contar y ha nunca dejar por sentado el que se sabe todo con el inglés. La actividad con número me tomó por sorpresa ya que consideraba que era un tema que manejaba a la perfección pero tuve varios errores que me hicieron regresar a repasar el texto y la gramática.
Por todo lo anterior, considero mi calificación 7/10.

Espero poder ser más participativa en la siguiente actividad y con ello también poner mi meta de aprendizaje de nivel A1 como prioridad en mis actividades cotidianas.
