         <description><![CDATA[<div>Indoctrination is what totalitarian states rely on. It is instructions in the governments beliefs used to mold people`s minds.  Propaganda is biased or incomplete information used to sway people to accept certain beliefs or actions. Hitler used it by burning books that did not conform with Nazism belief, churches were forbidden to criticize  the  Nazis, and school children had specific schools. This was all used to get support from the Germans.</div>]]></description>

His beliefs were that Germans were the master race, non-"Aryan" races (Jews, Slavs, Gypsies) were inferior, called the Treaty of Versailles an outrage, promised to regain German land, and that Germany was over crowded and needed more living space. Lastly, he promised that he was going to get that land by conquering eastern Europe and Russia.</div>]]></description>

By 1932, factory production had been cut in half, businesses failed, banks closed (causing about 9 million people to lose there savings because banks had no more money.), and farmers lost their land. And by 1933, 25% of Americans had lost their job.</div>]]></description>
